Welcome to your luxe vacation getaway. This stunning single level condo boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with the family. The cheerful modern décor is sure to brighten your day, and the property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, and TV'S in all bedrooms.

Located in a gated community /free parking.

🚭 No Smoking allowed / $500 fine for smoking.

*Reunion Resort Aquapark is not available with this rental.
**Spectrum Resort swimming pool is not available for guest.

Guest can use the following swimming pools:
1. Seven Eagles is our recommendation (heated pool, gym & two Jacuzzis), you can also enjoy poolside refreshments and dinning at Cove Bar & Grill (on site).
2. Gathering Loop swimming pool, additional kids pool.
3. Heritage Crossing swimming pool
4. Carriage Point swimming pool
5. Sandy Ridge Dr - community pool and Splash Pad
6. Tennis Centre (G) - pool, mini golf, pickle ball

Relaxing, tasteful and spacious

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-equipped--- allowing us to truly relax. The kids had their own quarters and enjoyed the space. The main living area was perfect for gatherings. The main pool was very quiet and lovely. We did not feel the need to explore other pools. We will return!

I enjoyed my stay at Emmitt’s home. The home is pretty new, the amenities were very modern and the interior design was beautiful. All of the bedrooms were spotlessly cleaned, including the backyard. The ambience of the home is truly top notch. We also had great communication with the host, as he constantly checked in to ensure we lacked for nothing. The downside to this property is that there’s no parking spot in front of the building. There’s a common parking area, that’s about 4-5 walking minutes to the unit. But there’s a workaround. You can drive up to the unit, but you can’t park there indefinitely, as it’s a one way lane. We hurriedly parked in front of the unit to offload our bags and then took the car to the common parking area. When we were about to leave for the airport at 6am, we couldn’t use this method because the little entrance gate was locked, so we had to walk with all of our luggages to the common parking area which was an inconvenience. Overall, it’s a really nice home. The ambience and overall design of the home made up for the parking inconvenience.
