Great experience, Host was awesome on helping with questions with a quick response. Place was perfect for us only about 10-12 min from the convention center, which was why we were there.

It was a nice occasion, a two bedroom two bath. We liked the accessibility to it and it was just far enough from traffic that it was easy to get around to where we needed to go. Place was very clean and love the aroma.

Everything was perfect for my father in laws stay! Close to the Thomas and Mack Center which is exactly why they were in town. The property was comfortable and had everything they needed for their stay. I would definitely reserve this place again!

Everything stood out—the location is perfect (close to the Strip and the airport), the flat is comfortable and nice, very clean, and well maintained, and the host was responsive and welcoming. It truly feels like a home away from home, which is why I love coming back every time.

We had a good time at this property. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were good size. The shower worked great. The location is very convienient, just a short drive to the strip, with plenty of shopping centers and resturants nearby. Parking was accessible.

The place was very clean. Excellent instructions to the air b n b and checking in. Host was very professional and kind. I was disappointed that pool area was not open, as it was in the 90's and we were on vacation. I would have loved to get some sun.

Our stay was excellent. Centrally located within 10 minutes of everything. Check in was at 4pm and arrived in vegas a little early and the host was very accommodating letting us check in early. Great communication with the host. Will definitely use again!!!

Wife stayed while on a care-giving trip for family

Property was good for the price being asked and the location is close to the airport and downtown. The location is urban without being on the strip, so you can expect large metro city noises and pedestrian traffic in the area. It served the primary purpose of being an affordable stay in with good proximity to the strip, central LV and areas just east of the strip.

Review

Our family of 4 stayed at this condominium. The listing was easy to find, and it had plenty of parking. The condo was super comfortable, and had a good size bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient, approximately 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and airport. There were plenty of local stuff to do nearby and plenty of shopping centers around. I recommend this place, and we will book again!

It was clean and close to stores. But the beds were low, pillows were terrible and bathroom linens were shredding in main bath but our friends were pleased with their linens. Floors were uneven. But overall adequate.

Thank you for your feedback. As you mentioned, the location is great — we’re close to many shopping centers, restaurants, and a Walmart superstore. We’re also just less than 10 minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. We have extra pillows and towels in the closet that are always available for use. Regarding the floor: I’m not aware of any uneven spots. We have a mix of tile and hardwood flooring, all solid and in good condition. The flooring is only a couple of years old.

Great little flat with everything you need!

First of all, the communication with this owner is FANTASTIC!! Quick and easy and respectful. The property itself was just as described. Clean, cozy and it has everything that you need. There are glasses, dishes, soap, T.P. Kleenex and trash bags. Only things you need to provide are groceries. Both street and covered location parking is available. Overall a great stay. You can't go wrong with this property!

Host communicated and was easy to check in and out of. Provided the extra towel requested, however, the cleanliness of the home, floors, bedding, towels etc was questionable. Window did not lock. Things felt dirty and not kept up.

Centralized Location!

I stayed at this condo with my family. The condo was super nice, comfortable, and safe. The condo had 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is only a few minutes uber ride to the airport and Las Vegas blvd. There were lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and plenty of free parking. The host was responsive and sent us the check-in information before our arrival. I recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near the strip but also be away from all the craziness. We will book again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this listing. The listing had two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking. Beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and organized. The community was nice and clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes away from the international airport and Las Vegas strip. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities nearby. The Walmart super store is 5 minutes drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay close to the strip and airport, and also experience the Las Vegas local life. We will be back!

This guest was very difficult. They had excessive communication and many complaints. They did not properly read the listing amenities and repeatedly requested items that we don’t include or advertise. They seemed very hard to satisfy and difficult to host.
