This listing has two bedrooms. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Right across street from Speedway gas station and many restaurants and major grocery stores are in walking distance. Suburban area with multiple hospitals nearby and close to interstate 75 and a mile from I 675 which takes you to Wright Patt Airforce Base. Great location. Very cozy and clean!!!

This property has two bedrooms upstairs and has been freshly renovated with updated bathrooms and updated kitchen. Fresh paint and new floors throughout. Townhome is very cozy on a quiet end lot.
It is situated on a moderately busy street, which connects two suburbs and lead to the city of Kettering and it’s major hospital, Kettering Medical Center. You will definitely enjoy the location, cleanliness, style and convenience of this place.
Check yourself in and out with your own personalized code. This place has a Ring doorbell and Google Home surveillance located on side of townhome, which monitors the parking lot by both the owner and HOA.
