Live in the Sunshine-Chef's Delight with Large Kitchen & Spacious Patio
Remodeled in early 2019, this family friendly condo will be perfect for your stay in Solana Beach. With nearly 1,600 square feet and three bedrooms, you’ll be ready for any adventure in Southern California. Fantastic location is just steps to the pools, the ocean view deck and all the fun on the 101.
The living room provides plush seating gathered around the home's entertainment center with AppleTV and has large glass sliders that open out to the spacious enclosed, private patio. The patio has a dining table and chairs for eating and enjoying the warm weather.
The home's dining room features a table for 6 and attached kitchen with large island for family/friends to gather. There is a powder room and laundry closet also located on the 1st floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The master bath features a walk in shower (no tub). This bedroom also has a private balcony - the perfect spot to enjoy a good read. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds. The upstairs guest bathroom features a large mirrored vanity and tiled shower/tub.
Additional amenities include a portable crib, stroller and beach chairs. Also included, a 240V electric car charger in carport.
The gated community provides tennis courts, two oceanfront pools (not heated), two year-round heated pools and spas and private beach access. There is (1) assigned carport spot for parking.
This property does not have air conditioning (like most in the neighborhood), but the home has ceiling fans and floor fans for warmer days and nights. This home does have multiple levels with stairs.
Vacation in Solana Beach where you can experience the beauty of the beach, the excitement of Del Mar Racetrack, the fun of Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. No smoking anywhere on premises. This unit is not air conditioned. This property has no barbecue.
Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Very nice updated condo & excellent location to beach and shopping

We really enjoyed staying at this condo that nicely updated and very comfortable for my adult family. The location of this complex was great to walk to the beach and local shopping!

Lived in Sunshine

The property was as described and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Loved the beach access, pools, and view point. The property management was extremely responsive and helpful.

Getaway at Solano Beach

Second time in this complex and enjoyed it thoroughly. Love the closeness to the beach and access to tennis courts. Quiet. No traffic. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Love the Solano Beach area.

It’s in such a great spot and is close to San Diego and also easy to get to the theme parks. The grounds are always nice and clean. This unit is spacious and updated. They have a well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and bedding and beach chairs. The beds and couch are all comfortable. We are hoping to come back and stay here soon!

Great location

The property is in a great location and is well stocked. I was initially hesitant to book because of previous reviews about the cleanliness of the floors and unfortunately we had the exact same experience. Within minutes of taking shoes and socks off, our kids’ feet were covered in dirt and filth. The floors need an extremely deep clean as that is honestly our only complaint. I would have given it 4 stars for the floors if there weren’t other reviews saying the same thing, so that’s why I went with 3 stars.

Long Time Visitor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always the Del Mar Beach Club does not disappoint. The kitchen in this unit is amazing and perfect for a family gathering. Missed having a BBQ and patio table out back, hoping to see those next year to really complete the vacation vibe and help with easy vacation BBQ meals. The washer went out prior to our stay, and Dave Stubbs provided excellent customer service for the inconvenience. The new washer was fantastic. Have visited Solana Beach for over 45 years now, and leave each year counting down the days to our return. The Del Mar Beach Club and Dave Stubbs as well as wonderful places like this unit are a huge part of that excitement.

Filthy

We noticed immediately upon entering the house that it was filthy. After an hour our socks were black on the bottoms. There were ants crawling all over inside the house (including in the beds). The walls were black and sticky in areas. The property managers response was to send someone by to mop the floor and give us ant poison. Almost all of the dishes in the cabinets looked like they had been eaten off of and put back in the cabinet. The outside deck was falling apart and had random old broken junk laying all around. We spent a lot of money on this rental and were so disgusted for our whole stay. When we checked out and told the property manager our experience they said “call us next time and we will steer you away from the filthy ones” — so they clearly knew that this place was disgusting, but rented it out anyway. We would never rent this place or from that property manager again.

My only complaints are that the floors could’ve been cleaner, throw rugs washed or switched between new guests and shower curtains washed or replaced. The grill needs new grates. We couldn’t use the grill because the grates looked very rusty. Overall, a decent property but needs a little extra cleaning in some areas. Beach was beautiful. A lot of stairs but worth it. Location was great. We enjoyed hiking at Torrey Pines (10 min drive), kayaking at La Jolla, Padres game, downtown San Diego, and visiting Del Mar, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas and Carlsbad. My daughter went to Disneyland with her family which was a little over an hour drive with no traffic. I would rent through Stubbs again. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. We would definitely come back to this area!

Lovely property by the beach

Lovely location, right on the beach! We had a relaxing and lovely stay. We had a little problem with the refrigerator but the owner fixed it extremely quickly and I would come back again next time we want to enjoy the ocean!

Great place!

Very nice place. The renovations looked great and the place was clean and comfortable. The heater didn’t work, but the property manager was responsive with space heaters until the repair could be made. Thanks for letting us enjoy Solana Beach from your home!
