Affordable Family Getaway Palm Breeze Vacation Home

Our Palm Breeze Home have been updated in the last few years vacation ready! Just minutes from the beach, shopping, and area attractions, it is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking your family meals. With 2 living area and abundance of couches, there is enough room for everyone to relax. TVs in the living room have NetFlix, Amazon, and Disney plus for you family's enjoyment. Wifi also available to stream on your own devices.

We have king size bed in Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and one with double full size beds. Inflatable beds is also available for additional guests.

Enjoy the nice breeze in the front patio with your morning coffee or enjoy family time in the back patio or front patio the evening.

This house have plenty of parking in the driveway for your cars and boat. Guests can park close to fence on grassy area. Garage is not available for parking.

Girls week beach and shopping getaway.

Nice place, clean, and cute decor. Plenty of room for friends and kiddos to stay. Two large living areas and plenty of seating for dining. Close to beach and shopping areas. Short driving distance to Corpus Christie, Port Aransas, and Padre Island.

Family friendly

Just a few minutes from the beach! We all enjoyed having two living rooms. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded right away to our questions.

Our Memorial Day Weekend

I brought my family of 9. 4 adults and 5 grandkids The house was perfect us and was equipped with all the things we needed for to cook. Will most likely to use this place again. And will definitely recommend this place to others

Quaint, large home in Rockport

My group of 8 with 2 dogs had a very nice stay. Nice, older home was clean and stocked with essentials.. issue with coffee maker was quickly resolved. Great location.. great communication .. great rates for a big group with pets! Would stay again..

The property was ideal for a party of 7, five adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space to spread out. It was in a great location for all activities.

2nd visit!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is the coast, so the floors were a little sandy when we got there. We had 9 people and 3 dogs. It's great for the dogs because we could block them in the kitchen and keep the rest of the house gor the people.

The house was very clean and very spacious.

The only issue we saw was the AC was not cooling as much. One suggestion is to put some fans!

Great location, but needs electrical work done to the property

The house was in a good location and the price was right, but as soon as I tried to turn on the light in the back bedroom I was shocked. I let the property manager know and they told me the switch was taped down for that reason, but it wasn't taped down. The dishwasher didn't work and the ac needs to be updated, their is only one trashcan outside and that isn't enough for a big group. The owners asked that the trash be put into the garage (so they could dispose of it, but we were a group of 12 and that's a lot of trash to store for a full week) but that's gross and no one wants food trash in the house to bring in bugs. The wifi is good, so that was a plus.

Great stay!

The property worked out perfectly for our large family. It's only a short distance to all the necessities and not far at all to the best beaches in TX. Owner is easy to work with and has a great response time. Definitely somewhere we'd stay again.

The beach house

The house was plenty big enough to accommodate our group. The only issue was Ac filter was filthy and needed change and we had sugar ants everywhere you couldn’t leave anything on floor or they would get into it. One of our suitcases had ants in it after leaving it open on floor. We had to buy toilet paper because there wasn’t extra, but all in all it was a good vacation.

First Vrbo Experience

The property was in a quiet neighborhood closely located to the beach and restaurants. The home though nicely furnished and comfortable, was aged and worn. There was an ant problem which I suppose is common to this area. This was my first VRBO experience and I found it convenient and enjoyable for a short stay.

Great Stay!

It was really nice and very spacious. We all fit comfortably and it was close to everything. Communication with the owner was great! Always responded in a reasonable manner. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Would definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends.

This is our family home for over 30years, very much loved. I bought this home in 2001 from my parents and have been updating the house the last few years.
