The property is in a private neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac nice and peaceful. The house provides great lighting for entertainment on the patios, well-lit stairwell, and driveway.

The Turtle Room has a king bed, smart TV, and adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo and lit defogger mirror. The Crabby Room features a queen bed, smart TV, and thoughtful touches. The Whale Room includes a full-size trundle bed, desk, and nearby half bath for added convenience.

The Master Suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and a private spa-like bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a lit defogger mirror, and a hidden toilet room.

The open kitchen and living room feature a 10-foot island, full-size appliances, and custom lighting. The living room provides spacious seating, a pull-out sofa, and 180-degree water views.

The driveway is a bit steep if you're in a lower vehicle. Guests are welcome to park in front of the house in the cul-de-sac. Most trucks and SUVs handle the driveway without any issues.
