The Space:

Unit 1001 at One Seagrove Place, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the tenth floor offering breathtaking Gulf views. This luxurious beachfront retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home.



Step inside and be greeted by unobstructed views of the emerald waters and sugar-white beaches from your private gulf-front balcony. The spacious living room features tile flooring throughout, a 50" TV with Blu-ray, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a 32" TV, and an updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower for added comfort. It doesn’t get any easier than walking straight downstairs to your private beach entrance! The place was clean and check-in/out was easy. Loved every second and we’ll be coming back!

We recently stayed at this condo and unfortunately our experience fell far short of expectations—especially given the premium price we paid.While the overall complex is very nice, this specific unit was not. The condition and comfort level felt closer to a budget motel than a premium rental.The condo was advertised as having a usable sofa bed, but it was broken and could not be used. The mattress was extremely thin, and the couch itself was visibly stained and felt unclean—so much so that the teenage boys in our group refused to sleep on it. and instead had to sleep on the floor.To make matters worse, the blankets provided were extremely thin and and scratchy—more comparable to hospital-style blankets than appropriate bedding. The hallway bathroom tub would not drain properly, making it difficult to use.Cleanliness was a major concern—we found a roach in the master bathroom on the first night.Basic amenities were completely lacking. There were no simple essentials provided—no dish sponge, no complimentary soap—nothing you would typically expect even in a minimally stocked rental.Communication with the host was initially responsive, but once we raised these concerns and requested to be moved, there was no response for over a full day, leaving us without support or resolution.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Paying a premium price for what amounted to a below–economy level stay is unacceptable, and we would not return or recommend this unit.

Gorgeous views, oceanfront room!

It was great that they provided beach chairs and umbrella! We used them daily. Pool was warm and a great option when you couldn't swim in the ocean.

First stay at property

I met my 18 year old and two of his friends at the condo. I would say the place is a family oriented location. No obvious partying here. Very quite. The only issue I had was we were down to one elevator for half of the trip.

Needs Renovation

The whole condo needs renovation. The bathrooms toilets do not work properly etc and everything is old. The dishwasher and washer dryer are fairly new and the red sofa is very comfortable. Other than that the place needs a total renovation. The front desk employees are very nice and helpful and I have reported all of this.

Elevator being out is an on going issue

Please fix the elevator issue. Only one is operating and it’s SLOW!!! Sadly it was ditto last year!!!
