Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our fresh caught seafood.

Great condo. Plenty of space, great drapes to sleep without the sun, awesome deck, AC works perfect, great view, close to anything you want to do - including walking distance to coffee shops, dinner spot, gift shop. Band system for entry keeps it secure and nice - and love the beach service for the chairs and umbrella. Would definitely return.

The check in/out process is very easy and straight forward. The location is excellent. Across the street from restaurants and shopping. The pool and beach areas are spot on. The reason for only a 3 star review is the furnishings of the unit we occupied. This was our third time vacationing at Palacio and highly recommend the facility just cannot recommend the unit we stayed in.

We completely understand—a Netflix binge can definitely be a key ingredient in a relaxing weekend. But, truth be told, we’d argue Gulf Coast views, emerald waves, and powdery white beaches make for an even better binge-worthy experience. We can think of plenty of worse things than four nights without TV—and spending those nights at a beautiful beachfront resort certainly isn't one of them. We hope you managed to unplug, unwind, and that the rest of your getaway was deserving of a few more stars!

Nice furnishings Great balcony and ocean view KITCHEN ISSUES Kitchen needs more regular flatware....only 4 forks. NO POTHOLDERS But all the other kitchen equipment is great,! Queen bedroom t.v. is new.....but not connected to watch

This unit is very nice. When we arrived we were not told that we would need a code to enter the building for the first time. Once you get inside the condo, you have bracelets to access all doors and gates, so not a real big deal. We also were not given the code to the overflow parking lot which is the only place to park if you arrive after 9:00 PM. When we called the owner they answered right away, they gave us the code for the parking lot, but gave us the wrong one for the front door. Luckily their is enough foot traffic at Palacio that we were still able to get in and up to our rental. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was in really sad shape. The sink was rusting just about through the counter. The rug was dingy and dirty. There was black something (mold?) in the corners of the shower. Walls were dirty. The provided cookware was disgusting and falling apart. We didn't use the jacuzzi because it just didn't look that clean, and I wasn't there to do a deep clean their bathroom. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH PARKING. Sure parking across the street, but for what we paid, we should not have to cross a busy highway every time we came back to the condo. The ONLY thing good about this place was the deck and view. Oh, and the bed was pretty comfortable.

Regarding parking, we hope you were able to reference the digital guest book, which highlights additional parking options conveniently located just across the street—a unique perk that many nearby resorts don’t offer. We’ve reviewed our inspection photos and records from your stay, and there was no indication of issues with the tub, cookware, or rust—so we’re genuinely puzzled by that feedback. We hope this was a mix-up, and that you still found time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf views and peaceful surroundings that make Perdido Key such a special place. Condo lacking

Extremely limited dishes; Toaster broken and almost caught fire; Sink rusting through; Faucet broken; Extremely limited bathroom towells and dish towells; No beach towells; Condo had sour smell; Zero decorations except for clock, which was broken; Balcony door did not lock; Beach Getaways did not return call for assist even though I received text acknowledge i had put in a request for help.
