Worst stay in over 50 years coming to Florida for vacation. Elevator INOPERATIVE entire stay, other than 2 2hour intervals the 1st 2 days. Our room was on 6th FLOOR - 7 flights of stairs. Need I say more ? Filing Complaint with State & weighing Legal Options. There are Laws or Protect the Consumer.

We’re very sorry the elevator issue had such an impact on your stay. The elevator is a building amenity maintained by the HOA, and their team was actively working to restore service throughout your visit. While that was outside of our direct control, we absolutely understood the inconvenience of staying on the sixth floor without reliable elevator access. Because of that, our team offered to relocate you to an alternative property for the remainder of your stay so the elevator issue could be avoided altogether. You chose to remain in the condo and instead accepted compensation as the agreed resolution to the concern. We would have loved to hear more about what you did enjoy during your time at the condo and at the beach. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again for another getaway—with a properly working elevator next time.

We had the best time, minus the rain. Perfect condo for my family of 3. May daughter loved the bunk beds! Kitchen had every thing we needed to cook while on vacay! The host was easy to get in touch with and very helpful prior to our stay. We will definitely be back!

We’re surprised to see this one-star review, as we did not hear from you at any point during your stay. We hope this was simply a mis-click and would appreciate it if you would remove or revise the rating to more accurately reflect your experience. If there was an issue we were unaware of, we’d welcome the opportunity to hear from you.
