For the price we paid for this place, the experience was truly bad. The basement rooms had bad air quality. We mentioned it to the host and it was basically others have stayed there with no problem so oh well. Two in our group ended up sick from whatever it was. Then we lost power for almost an entire day which was also another back and forth with them to try to work it out.

Great area for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family (9 in all) were very happy with this rental. We were very comfortable here and the location in the midst of beautiful beaches, golf and hiking was very enjoyable. Close enough to Traverse City for us to take advantage of the restaurants.

Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Peaceful setting

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your looking for a peaceful serene getaway this may fit your need. The location was peaceful and relaxing. Located by a soon to be walking, biking park that overlooks Lake Michigan. Two beautiful golf courses within walking distance are available. Natural landscape gives a peaceful feeling. The condo was sufficient and clean. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it nice for the 4 of us staying there. The condo units were built in the 1970"s so this unit was a bit dated , however nice enough for us. We needed to use the floor fans in the lower bedrooms and one upper bedroom as the individual windows AC units did m other provide cooling or were not available. There are several TVs however could only get the one to work in the living room. The internet was not available until the 3rd day of our stay. However we did not watch TV but wanted to make this known. We also could not secure the lowered level sliding access door. This was reported.

VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 8 月 11 日)

We will let the owners know about things that need to be fixed. There was an update, but they used new items to look nice with the overall vibe of the 70's condo. Every year more gets done, but we think it is pretty groovy!
