Decorated in an elegant coastal theme, this 4 bedroom 5 minutes from the beach is perfect for your next Vero beach getaway. A backyard porch opens into a beautiful, large yard. Equipped with everything you will need to make the most of your vacation, including full-sized appliances, flat-screen TVs, and a washer and dryer in the house. Conveniently located near all the very best Vero beach has to offer. Literally 5 minutes from anything you want to do.

This house has enough space for your family to relax but stay connected with its open-concept floorplan. The living area features plush, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the large fenced back yard. The adjacent dining area and breakfast bar comfortably seat your entire group. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the dish-ware and cookware you would need to prepare and enjoy memorable meals together.

The master bedroom contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and it's own private bath. The master bathroom has a spacious double vanity and a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an entrance to the main guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Everything involving the house was great. Clean, good communication, etc until the last day the host accused us of stealing bed sheets. We were a bunch of baseball coaches who were coaching 12 hours/day and used the house to basically sleep.

The sheets were put on the bed by me the night before you checked in. They were very expensive, very nice, very comfortable & not easy to find bamboo sheets. My cleaner is a very close friend that has cleaned our personal home for close to 15 years. We met together the day you checked out. She cleaned, I worked on the house. Nobody else was there. The sheets, the entire set was not on the bed. We looked everywhere. In the laundry room & in machines, under beds, in closets, in all drawers, in the pullout couch, the sheets were not in the house. I called you to discuss & you said you didn’t know the person that well that stayed in that room. It’s not my place to make assumptions when it comes to something like this but there was no other logical explanation & your response was that you didn’t see anyone carrying the sheets out of the house but yet they all had big luggage bags. I never take deposits or even small portions of deposits unless I’m absolutely positive about something. I only deducted the amount it cost us to replace the sheets which were taken by someone in your group.

This Home is absolutely stunning. It is located close to everything on the mainland in Vero Beach. All of the beds were so comfortable. The house is brand new and pristine. The amenities were perfect. I would rent here again. You will not be disappointed and there is a garage that you can park in. The kitchen is absolutely amazing. I would give this 10 stars If it was available and the host is Terry and is very quick to communicate. We saved tons of money staying here and would drive or uber over to the hotels like the Kimpton which is 900 per night and then walking the beaches and enjoying the ocean front hotels. You can stay here and go hit all the activities like wine tasting on ocean street and yoga at costa d Estes. One more time, you will not be disappointed if you rent here. Thank you Terry.
