Inside, the space is bright and made for an easy beach getaway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the day's catch or a family dinner, with a dining table close by for gathering around. The primary suite is its own retreat, with a king bed and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is built for families, pairing a queen bed with a twin bunk and twin trundle for the kids, and flat-screen TVs in both rooms keep everyone comfortable. When the group grows, the living room's sleeper sofa adds extra room to spread out.

Step out to the patio and you'll understand why this spot is so coveted: sea breezes roll in off the dunes, and evenings close with sunset views stretching across the sand. From here, the boardwalk leads straight to the water.

Cravin' Waves sits within the coveted Island Retreat, a sprawling, palm-dotted complex with its own private boardwalk to the beach. Guests have access to a resort-style lineup of amenities, including two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, wide-open lawns, charcoal grills, picnic areas, and a fish cleaning station, with on-site security during summer months and holiday events.

Just off 11th Street and right in the golf cart zone, you're minutes from Port Aransas favorites. Grab a smash burger and a swing-set seat at BierHaus, catch live music and a slice at The Gaff, or settle in for laid-back bites at Lelo's Island Bar. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please reach out if you are interested in renting a golf cart during your stay. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible for more information.
- This unit includes an in-unit washer/dryer. Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction.
- Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Parking passes required. 2 parking passes provided per condo.
- There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex.
- Boat parking is allowed in designated areas.
- Golf cart parking is allowed in designated area (you must purchase a separate pass).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
