The house has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, all-new furnishings. The master-bedroom has king-size bed, window to the lanai and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. And they share a bathroom. There is a spacious, airy living room overlooking the pool and lanai. We offer a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The house has a private heated pool and hot tub with covered lanai.

Our house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, only a short drive away are many restaurants and attractions (golf courses, Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille, Mini Golf Safari, Coconut Point shopping center, Naples).

Our house is NON-SMOKING inside.
