Perfect stay

The apartment was very clean and modern. It was in a really great location and close to anything you need. I unfortunately wasn’t able to fully enjoy the walkability since I was here for work, but will definitely be back soon.

Spring break

We visit Helen several times a year and this place is perfectly situated. Short walk to town and Betty's country market is next door. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Great Location

The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to go in Helen. They also supply everything you need so you don’t have to pack much.

Great stay

We had a great time on our stay. The property was very clean and stocked with amenities you find at nice hotels. The location of the property is walking distance to down town Helen attractions. Communicating with the property manager was timely and direct through the vbro app messaging. We would stay here again

Perfect place for our stay in Helen

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The owner was very friendly and communication was effortless. The townhouse was spotless and in great condition. We had everything we needed and everything was in good, working order. The location was absolutely perfect. I really have nothing negative to report about this property. I highly recommend.

Amazing location and Townhome

Absolutely amazing location. The townhome was clean and supplied with all the necessities you would need to be away from home. The host checked in on us every now and then to make sure everything was OK. Overall, had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Great location within walking distance to almosteverything downtown. Many times we are asked byVRBO hosts to remove bed sheets. With this beinga one bedroom unit, the bed gets heavy use. Wewould suggest this host change the mattress padson a more regular basis. Kitchen very clean andwell stocked.

Perfect location

This condo is in the best location in Helen. It’s walkable to all attractions on the Main Street, which was perfect for us. The condo is also much larger than the pictures make it look, so it was plenty spacious for our group of 7 adults when we were hanging out in the living areas. Parking was also very convenient and host was very responsive. We definitely plan on coming back in future years!

Home base for baseball tournaments

We booked our stay as we were going between 2 different tournaments in northern Georgia over the weekend. The home was even better than the pictures and all the things anyone could need/want. The location was perfect to be able to walk to anywhere in Helen on our down time. Communication was so so easy with our host throughout. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Really nice space in an excellent location

Leonard was very responsive through the whole process. This rental is a very nice new soace, with really great amenities. It’s also dog friendly with a really nice enclosed outdoor space right off the family room- the dogs loved it! The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were super comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Literally steps off the main part of Helen and all of its offerings. Highly recommend staying here!

Summer Fun Getaway

We had the Best time in Helen!! The Cozy Townhouse is in a fantastic location. The entire inside of the townhome is just as fantastic! We love traveling with our fur babies but I am always leery of the cleanliness of pet-friendly rentals. This place is amazing and had so many special touches throughout!! Thank you for taking such great care and pride in your home. Some of our favorites Betty’s Country store(daily), Bodensee, Cowboys and Angels, Two Tire Tavern, Hofers Bakery and of course tubing! A new found favorite is Bleu Canoe, in Clarksville, worth the short drive! Can’t wait until next time!

Great place at great location.

The condo is very welcoming place with nice living room with fireplace, good size dining table and nice full kitchen. We loved gas bbq grill which is in covered screened in deck area. The bed is very comfortable.Leonard was very prompt with answers to our questions and spent some time trying to help us get the local TV station to watch playoff football by subscribing to YouTube TV but he was not able remotely so he was nice to give a 50 refund. He is planning to get cable hookup for future guests.Condo is located next to Betty's Supermarket and is at a good location to walk around town from the condo.Do keep in mind this is 3 story condo. You'll walk up 5-6 steps from parking to the front door then need to go up one flight of stairs to the living, dining rooms, kitchen and back deck. Then another flight of stairs to the bedroom.We loved the comfort, location of this condo, how quickly Leonard responded to messages and would stay here again.
