This adorable, private cottage offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax in the cozy living room with a reclining couch and 55" smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, fridge, stove, and Keurig coffee maker, making it ideal for cooking your favorite meals or enjoying a quick snack. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. High-speed internet is available throughout, making this an excellent choice for remote work or streaming your favorite shows.

Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking and a dedicated alley parking space, along with easy, hassle-free check-in via a smart lock.

A very clean cozy place...good location.Only drawback was with the heat, there was not enough A/C to handle the heat even with the fan. May consider a small A/C unit in the window over the kitchen sink. Other than dealing with the heat...an enjoyable stay.

A very clean cozy place...good location. Only drawback was with the heat, there was not enough A/C to handle the heat even with the fan. May consider a small A/C unit in the window over the kitchen sink. Other than dealing with the heat...an enjoyable stay.

We knew we were staying at a budget location but found several items needing attention.Window was unlocked when we checked in.Had to walk through knee high weeks to access back gate.Car door opened onto overgrown vines.Air conditioner ran 24/7 and was so close to the TV we couldn't watch it.Shower runs over so bad that the host left extra floor towels to soak up excess.Knob in shower fell off when you used it.Back patio was unusable with vines and trash.We had to come home a day early because of a minor emergency and asked for a one day refund. The host has refused to even respond.

With other noteworthy nearby locations including, The Air Force Academy, Olympic training Center, Manitou Springs, and Wagner Field.

Nestled amidst residential townhomes, the cottage offers a peaceful retreat outside of the city's hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to. Enjoy a sense of calm and privacy while still being close to the action.

You'll find pocket parks, open medians, and green spaces scattered throughout the neighborhood, perfect for picnics, leisurely walks, or simply soaking in the Colorado air.

This is a great private space located downtown within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Its a short drive from much that Colorado Springs has to offer; Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Pikes Peak, Colorado College, and The Air Force Academy.
