Whether you're winding down after a day of exploring or getting cozy with a good book, this space offers the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with essentials, a spice rack, and complimentary coffee. You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit A on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Flat is located in the private upstairs apartment above the garage, with entry just steps from your assigned spots.

Guest Access:
🔑 Guests have full access to the upper-level apartment Unit #A, including all rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry area. The backyard is shared only with the downstairs unit in the duplex, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that there is a separate patio area adjacent to the backyard that is reserved exclusively for the downstairs unit. Two clearly marked parking spots are available: one in the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
$20 per half hour late.
