PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CLEANING FEE OF 80 EUR PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE CLEANING PERSON WHILE COLLECTING THE KEYS.

A modern and luxury apartment with a private roof terrace, located in the district of Punta Prima was constructed at the end of 2012. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), living room with a bed-settee (for the 5th person), two bathrooms and two bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. Apart from the roof terrace, there are also 2 balconies which offer a nice view of a park or the swimming pool.
The apartment is air-conditioned (hot and cold), it offers a free Wi-Fi access, TV, radio/CD player.

In the community area, there is a residents private pool and sauna.
The complex is located just 10 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 mins from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants, 1mins walk from the park. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance.

Due to its peaceful location, the apartment is ideal for those who want to have some rest (blue flag beaches, long walks by the Mediterranean sea), families with children (park with a playground). It is also perfect for those who desire an active holiday (diving, swimming, horse riding, go-karts). Golfers have here an ideal starting point - the nearest golf course is located just 4 km from Punta Prima.

The apartment was advertised as luxury which was not the case, upon arrival the dining room table chairs were not as shown in the pictures, the patio furniture was falling apart, there were no sun lounger cushions, there were no sun parasols, the outside of the fridge freezer door had rust showing under the paint, the freezer was not working properly taking a day to freeze ice creams, the dish washer trays, washing machine were also rusty in places these are just a few things, when l called the host l was told that they had intended to arrange for new patio furniture but not able to get it delivered before our stay, and that there had been a lot of damage done in August and then made very excuse under the sun about what l was complaining about which considering the price that we paid to rent the property and then having to pay a cleaning fee on top of the rental and then having to clean the fridge etc before we used it was extremely unsatisfactory. The apartment also needed a good coat of paint with a lot of walls with marks on them, this is defiantly not what we would deem a luxury apartment and was over priced and would not recommend it to our friends or stay there again

Wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt

Das Appartement hat Potenzial, Lage ist sehr gut, die Umgebung schön und sicher, Schwimmbad ist schön, großer Supermarkt in der Nähe und Restaurants. Aber zwischen den Bilder vom Objekt selbst und dem Realität sind die Jahre vergangen. Es war vielleicht vor vielen Jahren schön, jetzt ist es sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt. Es waren überall Fingerabdrücke und Fettflecken, die Wände sehen total verschmutzt aus, in den Duschen Schimmerlecken, von den Stühlen fallen Fetzen ab, Handtücher sind nicht sauber gewaschen, die Liegematten sind verschimmelt und sehr alt, Wasserkocher mussten wir sogar selbst entkalken. Keine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine. Sehr wenig Geschirr. Wir mussten uns sogar selbst die Seife( in der Pandemiezeiten!), Mülltüten, Schneidebrett und viele andere Kleinigkeiten (die eigentlich für 100€ pro Nacht zur Verfügung stehen sollen) besorgen. Es war nicht schön. Wir haben uns auch bei der Besitzerin darüber beschwert, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde es nicht mal versucht und es erträglicher zu machen. Fernseher konnten wir nicht sehen (nur Spanisch und Englisch), WiFi funktioniert sehr abgehakt. Was wir loben können ist Klimaanlage (top) und Wasserversorgung (immer gut einstellbar) Das war es auch schon. Sehr Schade… Wir wollten es uns noch für Wintermonate ansehen, jetzt aber wollen wir es garantiert nicht.

Very nice stay, modern apartment and excellent host!

A very pleasant stay with a really modern and clean place. As described. We had a few questions like with the WiFi which was very slow. Owner was very responsive and it felt like she really was eager to help out with this and the day after we had a technician checking the internet connection. He found the fault and after that it worked perfectly! Agnieszka was very fast to respond on all our question before and after our reservation. Before we started our trip she also send us all information about the apartment, contact info in Spain and points of interest which was very welcoming.

Really lovely spacious accommodation

A beautiful appartment with a good location to local amenities. The apartment is homely and clean with a modern feel. It's a little more pricey than others in the area but is certainly a nicer location, with better layout and finishing touches than others in the punta prima location. Very happy after our stay and would rebook here should we return to the area.

Fräsch lägenhet med bra läge

Fin lägenhet, framför allt invändigt. Sängarna lite hårda, och sängarna i sovrum 2 gnisslade. Läget är bra i Punta Prima med närhet till Consum för att handla mat. Närhet till många restauranger. Rekommenderar gärna den Italienska restaurangen som ligger precis efter man gått över den blå bron. Balkongen är mysig men rätt liten, lagom för 2 personer. Takterrassen är stor med 4 solsängar. Hade varit bra om det hade funnits bord och stolar där också så man hade kunnat sitta ute och äta. Detta går tyvärr inte nu då man är 4-5 personer. Bra mailkontakt med ägaren och en mycket trevlig keyholder som vi anlitade fram och tillbaka från flygplatsen.

Good value for the money , help full owner

First a very friendly and service minded owner as well a keyholder for the property , no problems what so ever concerning administration . The apartment is as described in the text , WIFI functions perfect as well as shopping is very close. Functionality was 100 pct ok . The beach near by is not the top one , but just 1-1.5 km further you find several very nice ones, and we would recommend to rent a car for easy transport - less than 15 euro a day . We also tried another apartment in the area , after an agreement with the owner and again all was friendly and well organised . We would recommend to bring own bath towels - as the ones provided reflects they are used very often . We also recommend to check with the owner if there would be any construction work very near by - as there is a lot of activity in Punta Prima. Just a perfect place!

This has been my winter of content and it’s end of June 2015 already. I just can’t believe this, the time has simply disappeared. I found this apartment after a long search on the HomeAway website and from the first contact with the owner to this day she has been 100% trustworthy, friendly and helpful. The brand new roomy apartment is nice, clean, bright and airy. Both bathrooms have good water pressure. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine new and in good working order. The WIFI works and there are plenty of channels to watch on TV when you are having a night in. The swimming pool is excellent for swimming and has a nice sauna. There are two balconies opposite each other in the combined living room/kitchen, giving plenty of sunlight and a cool breeze through the apartment when needed. The private rooftop solarium with 4 sun loungers is wonderful with sun all day and at night the moon and the stars above make it an enchanting place. The apartment is very well situated. You don’t need a car if that is your choice. Everything is at your doorstep. A good shopping centre with a large Consum supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and plenty of restaurants 100 meters from the apartment. Bus no “D” stopping at Calle Escorpiones by Consum goes into Torrevieja and the smaller bus “The red line” stops on Calle Escorpiones across the road from Moda City, that one takes you to the large Zenia Bouleward mall with hundreds of shops and plenty of restaurants. The large Corte de Chino, Chinese market store across C/Escorpiones has everything you forgot to take with you on your trip. Although it is quiet and restful at the apartment, it is only a short walk down to the beautiful beach of Punta Prima and you are spoilt for choice with restaurants at your fingertips all around you on both sides of N-332 with a blue walking bridge close to the roundabout, all of them open all winter and bustling with life and you have three banks with ATM to choose from should you require extra cash. I recommend this very nice apartment to friends, family and in fact to everyone and would gladly stay there again. A five star experience. GG from Iceland

Bonne location d'été pour famille avec enfants. L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé,la piscine n'est pas très grande mais reste agréable. Point fort , la proximité des commerces.
