A renovated one-bedroom retreat near historic Main Street.

This South Main duplex blends historic character with modern convenience for up to 2 guests. It works especially well for couples, solo travelers, and remote workers who want a comfortable home base near St. Charles dining, shops, and riverfront attractions.

The outdoor area is available for guest use, but it is not advertised as fully fenced; dogs should remain supervised.

GOOD TO KNOW
• This home welcomes dogs only, maximum two dogs. A $150 pet fee is charged separately before arrival; undisclosed or non-compliant pets may incur a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may incur a $250 fee.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; longer stays may require replenishment.
• Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hourly fees.
• Unapproved late check-out may incur a $50 fee.
• Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Stayed in the front apartment last year and was very satisfied with it as well with this stay in the rear unit. Very clean and quiet accommodations. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No complaints.

Very close to downtown St. Charles and the Kati Trail. The home is cute and bed is comfortable. Easy check in process and fenced in back yard was nice to have.

Great place great location

I will stay here again. It was a great location for my visit. Lots of room and amenities. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting the St Louis area. Barely a mile to get to Hwy 70, so easy access to St Louis, St Peter's, Wentzville etc. Maybe two blocks from Historic St Charles and Ameristar Casino.

Great little place in a perfect location

The home is spotless. It lies about a block south of Historic Main St. The Missouri River is a quarter-mile away. Freeway access is convenient. The apartment is the rear unit of a duplex, so it is very quiet.

Good Neighborhood

The house is cute. Street parking only. Clean but small. The neighborhood was fantastic. In a historical district. Close to many shops, restaurants, and a river side park. Great place to stay with a dog.

Virtual training escape!

The location was perfect and quiet for my virtual training I participated in for two days, 7:15-4:30 each day. I need a simple not over decorated space when focusing and working on something remotely. The stay aesthetics was perfectly suitable for this feel for me. The second bedroom was light filled with a ceiling fan made my long hours at a desk so more enjoyable because I was comfortable. I walked on my breaks to local shops and eateries, again perfect location. I cannot say enough positive about this rental. Managers checked in on me personally, not a auto generated text with a "Y" if everything was good or a rating scale. This made me feel safe as I was traveling alone. I will return!!! possibly for the same reason or just a get away with my husband for a couple of nights.

The location was fantastic and convenient to where we needed to go. The place was clean and is nice for 2 people. Communication was great. Off street parking was fine and you can walk to many restaurants if you want. The only suggestion would be to have a few extra bath towels, as there was only two.
