Overall very nice!! Just a few things that are aggravating very small tv screen in living room. Small parking spots. We had one kitchen cabinet door completely off and a couple more hanging on (maintenance did repair these)Room very clean location is great view is also wonderful and easy beach access Very nice stay

Laguna Keys

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we love Laguna Keys and the amenities that are available. The size of the unit was fantastic and the layout was perfect. However The unit was not clean upon our arrival. There was sand on the table, thick layer of dust on the furniture the bathrooms were dirty and the floor needed vacuuming. I called the number of the cleaner and she offered to come the next day to clean but I had already cleaned. A toilet seat was broken, a kitchen cabinet came loose, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling all of which we called attention to. With the amount of money spent for the week, I expected better.

Family vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the lazy river and heated indoor pool. Parking in the garage was convenient. The unit was not clean. Dust on all surfaces, carpet had not been vacuumed, the vacuum was full of dirt, tile floors had not been mopped, hair in the showers. We spent the first day cleaning. I will say it looks dirtier than it probably is just because of the age of the property- carpets are stained, bedskirts stained or with holes, lampshades discolored, cabinet doors broken.. a little updating would make it appear cleaner. Anyway, we still had a great time and would stay in the same location again.. maybe a different unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is positive and negative. First the good qualities...Lovely and spacious unit. Well accommodated kitchen. Appliances weren't cheap like most units. They were very good quality. Special thanks to the owners for that! Minimal decor (which we like) so the place wasn't cluttered and messy. Newish couch! Gorgeous view of the ocean. Loved the space!! The things that need MUCH improvement: Cleaning could have been better. Floors were sticky and places behind the bathroom doors had hair and were clearly not vacuumed. Dirty, dirty glass on balcony doors which interfered with view. The master bathtub was not clean. We did our own Clorox treatment on that and wiped down all surfaces. In the kitchen, my Clorox wipe was brown; so that says it all. The quartz top is black so it hides a lot and the cleaning crew clearly knows that. It was bad. I could have called and had the placed redone. But honestly, we didn't want to disrupt our vacation and have to be there for all of that and we didn't mind doing some of that ourselves. The towels smelled awful. There is no way they were fresh from washing machines that sanitize. I imagine they were in the unit. We had to rewash everything. Mattresses were horrible except for one double mattress in the back bedroom. When I say bad....I mean cheap, thin, no support. Even my young adult children said they tossed and turned all night. Not one hanger in the place. We had to buy those. Honestly, why do people take the hangers? I will never know. Would we stay again? Possibly, if the mattresses were different. It's a beautiful unit. Carolina Resorts Vacation is wonderful to work with.

Family Vacation was a Success

The property managers were VERY attentive and made sure we had everything we needed in our 9 day stay. The communication with us was above and beyond. Nicest staff! The ocean front, glass balcony view was breathtaking. Plenty of activities for all ages. The condo had everything we needed to cook large family meals. The rooms were large and decorated nicely. We loved our experience and will certainly be back.
