Enter from the parking lot side, where beautiful vines wrap the exterior and set the tone for a charming coastal stay. Inside you’ll find a comfy queen bed, a private full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee setup, plus plates and cups for easy meals and morning pick-me-ups.

Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor patio, perfect for sipping coffee and relaxing after a beach day. We also provide complimentary bottled water upon entry and coffee to help you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Disclosures: Please note this unit shares one wall with another tenant and sits near the road, so you may hear some outside noise at times.

Pet rules:
- Pets must stay off furniture, use restroom outside, and not be left alone in the unit. Violations or damages may result in a fee.
- 1 dog welcome (no other animals without prior host approval)

Quiet hours - 9pm - 8am - this is strictly enforced in Summerland
No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture!
Trash Day is Friday mornings and Gardeners come by every other Friday in the mornings
