Prime location close to theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, NASA, local beaches, MCO, SFB, MLB airports and Cape Canaveral cruise terminal. Watch rocket launches from the front yard!
Home office space with printer.

Beach chairs and beach mats for the perfect day at the shore, which is only a 10 minute drive away.

No parties. No pets allowed. No smoking. Hot tub is non-functional. Pool is not heated. Will be less than 80 degrees November-April. Please plan accordingly

Seniors need to be careful

We enjoyed our stay in this Rockledge property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is also conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. We had an easy time traveling to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral Port. The home, however, has a few safety concerns for older travelers. The shower did not have a grab bar. The area rug in the living room is not anchored with a pad or corner tapes and posed a slip and fall threat. Also the pool has no railing at the steps to help an older person go into and out of the pool. It would've been helpful if instructions had been made available on how to program the thermostat. However the property manager was very easy to communicate with and did accommodate a few of our concerns/requests.

Thanksgiving Florida Stay

The property is cozy and in a nice area of town. The house, pool and yard are well maintained. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room throughout the house so you weren't stepping on each other. At night it was quiet. Easy access to 95 and other main roads. Traci was also very nice and seemed to accommodating, although we didn't require anything additional. We would stay again.
