Welcome to Perelandra Villa, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath haven located on the island of St. John, featuring its own secluded infinity pool. Upon entry to Perelandra, you're greeted by an interconnected kitchen, living, and dining space. This fluid layout fosters warmth and connection, making it an ideal backdrop for forging lasting memories. Encased in screens, expansive sliders seamlessly link the spacious room to an encompassing upper deck, framing sweeping sights of the ocean and St. Thomas in the background.

Strategically positioned on separate levels for utmost privacy, the bedrooms cater to both couples and families alike. Ascend a few steps from the communal space to reach the air-conditioned primary suite, furnished with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The secondary air-conditioned room, accessible through either a spiral indoor staircase or an external one, offers a queen bed with ensuite bath.

The house is a very nice property with an incredible view of Cruz Bay, St. Thomas, and the sunset. It is convenient to Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants along with easy access to the north beaches. Walking into town would be challenging due to the steep hills. We would absolutely rent this house again for an extended stay on St. John.

We love St John and this is not our first villa rental On the island. OverallLocation and property manager were great. House had maintenance issues but they did their best to address them but overall, showers weren’t good(head was taped on), a/c in main bedroom was not adequate, big gap in between Front doors felt unsafe, Kitchen is tight so if you plan to cook, Only one person can be in there and there is NoDishwasher. Outdoor spaces are incredible, beds are comfortable and home is very clean. Having a poolIs great but it oddly painted a weird green color which was off putting. Sunsets were gorgeous from the deck. Close to everything in Cruz bay. We had a great stay but not the most updated. Great floorplan. We were a couple with two adult daughters. Perfect layout for our 4. Views for days.

After a long travel day our host made us feel like we were coming home. She graciously toured the house with us. Gifted a bottle of rum and punch for us. Filtered water was waiting in the frig which was especially nice after traveling and arriving after dark. No late night runs to find water. The villa is super comfortable with two bedroom suites. The pool granted a beautiful view out to the bay. We highly recommend this villa to enjoy St John.

Rinse and Repeat at Perelandra

Step 1: Sleep late in a beautiful Villa, jump in the Jeep, pick up a bite to eat heading through town, choose a perfect beach and spend an afternoon in magic waters. Step 2: Jump back in the Jeep and swing by the market on the way home to the Villa. Step 3: Prep an awesome meal in the kitchen with the perfect view then head out to our private pool to have cocktails and watch the sun set behind the other islands. Step 4: Enjoy a delicious dinner with that perfect view and beautiful partner and then maybe watch a movie or head back to town for an after dinner drink. Step 5: Get a great night sleep dreaming about a perfect day. Step 6: Wake up, rinse and and repeat.
