Thank you! You were ideal tenants and I really appreciate the condition you left the home in. I hope we can host you and your family again in the future.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for exploring both north and south areas. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in West Palm Beach!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled your family had such a great stay and that the pool and toys were a hit with your little ones:) We're also glad you found the information on the fridge helpful. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we'd love to welcome you back on your next visit!

I appreciate your positive review and thank you for being our guest.

Thank you for the review and I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Nada, I appreciate your honest review, and this will probably help others. You are correct, we keep the pool warm. When I say heated pool, it means heated warm enough to swim all year. A lot of Airbnb’s will charge extra to heat the pool during your stay, but we include it for free. The way we do that is by running the pump during the day, not overnight, and keeping the pool just warm enough so you can enjoy your swim. If we raised the temperature, it would create algae and the nightly rate would have to go up to keep it hot with the high cost. This information was in the information I sent you but I don’t believe it's in the listing. I will get that added so there is no confusion because we do try to be as upfront as possible so you can have the best stay. I am glad you liked the house and location. I hope if you come to WPB in the future you will consider staying again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed the home, the pool, and all the amenities. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m happy we were able to accommodate your needs and make your stay enjoyable. We would absolutely love to have you and your family back anytime!

I am glad you liked our place. Unfortunatly with a pool heater the water evaporates faster than if we did not use one. Water should be added every few days depending on the weather but not daily. I will check into that. I hope you will think of us again for the future.

I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that is great suggestion. I think we will do that. Thank you for the input.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you, your husband, and your dogs had a relaxing stay and were able to enjoy the space, pool, and outdoor areas. It’s great to hear the home worked well for hosting friends and that you enjoyed the nearby beaches and neighborhood. We also appreciate your feedback about the home needing a bit of sprucing up—this is something we’re actively working on and always looking to improve for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words about our responsiveness. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear the home, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom setup worked well for your group. Unfortunately, right before your stay we had completed a pool repair, and we later discovered the water level had not been restored in time. I did not realize the pool cleaning service did not leave the pool in the condition it should have been in, and we sincerely apologize for that. Since your visit, we have addressed these issues with our pool company to help ensure future guests have the experience they expect. We really do want our guest's to have a great experience and I would be happy to offer you a discount on a future stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind comments about the property, and we’re happy you were still able to enjoy time together during your stay.

I appreciate the review. Sorry the igniter did not work for you. We took a look at the grill and did notice the burner issue. Sorry about that. We have replaced the grill. The cleaners do not clean the grill. It is free to use the endless gas grill but unfortunatly you do have to clean up after yourself and we do not know when its left dirty. I am glad you enjoyed the beds and pool.
