Decorated for Spring! Our cozy cabin is the perfect choice from which to launch your adventures throughout the Gorge, as well as a quiet getaway with lots of activities to enjoy in & around the cabin. We are located in a serene valley, surrounded by a 360-degree view of the Appalachian Mountains. Our amenities list is impressive & our photo gallery gives details of what awaits! Centrally located less than 10 miles from Nada Tunnel, Natural Bridge, Miguel's, Coffee Shop, Gorge Underground & more!

We invite you to our delightful little cabin! Sooth your hiking aches in our brand new 6-person hot tub which includes a lounger seat that is perfect for stargazing. Play an active game of horseshoes or corn hole in our large backyard. Take a nap or read a book in our lazy hammock while enjoying the sounds of our resident bluebirds & woodpeckers. Grill dinner on the gas/charcoal dual grill and enjoy eating at the large patio table located on our wrap-around deck, as you view the beautiful rock cliff mountaintop in the distance. Finish off your evening outdoors by a crackling campfire (which includes a complimentary bundle of firewood!) under a starry canopy overhead, roasting marshmallows & sharing your favorite events of the day. You may even be fortunate to hear the nearby great horned owls! Inside the cabin there is an assortment of board games & dvds, activities for kids located in their own loft area, including their own private window with a spectacular view, a Nintendo game console and even a full-size arcade game for kids of all ages! Our cabin includes Wi-Fi, where you can stream a show on one of our Roku TVs located in the living room and bedroom, or browse social media to update your friends with your special memories made in the RRG. One of our favorite amenities that we have added is a Coffee Bar! It is stocked with everything you need for a perfect cup of brew, as well as an assortment of teas and hot chocolate mixes for use with our electric kettle. When it is time to retire for the evening, bask in our cozy bedroom with luxurious bedding, by the light of an electric fireplace that has multiple light settings to attain your favorite look. Great stay

We had a great stay and the cabin was very clean and well furnished. Dan and Becky were great hosts and made the cabin very welcoming and cozy. Our kids loved the reading loft, hot tub, and arcade machine. We would definitely stay again.

Country living

This was a great place for me and my boyfriend. Very peaceful and felt private even with surrounding rentals. All the amenities you need and the added touches - s’mores basket, firewood included - just capped off the stay. Don’t hesitate to book your stay.

It was wonderful! Quiet area, great hiking trails near by, very clean and the hosts went way above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed plus some. They left extra treats everywhere.. I am not a fan of hot tubs, but this was so clean and well maintained. It was so relaxing after a day of hiking.

Such a beautiful little bungalow! A lot of thought and care went into this place and it shows. Very clean and accommodating. The back yard is perfect for hanging out and enjoying nature. The host is very helpful & responsive to whatever you may need. We traveled trailering our motorcycle and the parking was accomidating.

Oh my goodness. Was everything BEYOND PAR!!!! The location is perfect in the midst of all. The kitchen is STOCKED, as well as the bathroom. If you forgot anything they are literally prepared. From salt & pepper, garlic, and so many other things from q-tips to lady hygiene products. Overall i would recommend this perfect little escape to any/everyone. Especially in the fall. The colors are spectacular.

Great stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Red River Gorge. The cabin has everything you need to feel at home. We wished it was a bit more secluded, but it does sit in a beautiful valley with great views. We definitely hope to return someday!

Our stay over all was amazing! No complaints but a suggestion. Please put a chest of drawers in the bungalow. We felt like we were literally living out of our bags and suitcases.

RRG RETREAT

This has been the best cabin rental we have ever stayed in. Dan and Becky go above and beyond super host! From smores and firewood while star gazing under the dark sky, the the KY Ale 8 and snacks to enjoy. The place was sptless, cozy, and very welcoming. We have found the place to stay at RRG!!

Sweet retreat

The bungalow was a sweet retreat to relax and unwind after hours hiking every day. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyed greatly. Every amenity was covered! We enjoyed grilling dinner and relaxing outside. The bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower was a treat! Dan and Becky were communicative and generous! A definite two thumbs up and 5 star review!

Perfect Fall Break getaway!

Dan and Becky went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their communication was hands down the best I've experienced with any rental. There were countless little touches from a complimentary s'mores kit to walking sticks for our hiking adventures. The proximity to the Nada Tunnel and to the RR Gorge was perfect. Great little getaway

Our stay at lily pad bungalow was a great time! The cabin was SO cute and clean, with not one detail left unnoticed. I thought the little loft upstairs was so cute for kids. I very much enjoyed the little coffee bar and all the thought put into providing guest a cozy stay. We had so much fun roasting marshmellows by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub. I loved everything about our stay and do not have one negative thing to say. Everything was great! I would highly recommend staying here! ☺️

The hosts, Dan and Becky, were very responsive and helpful. Becky was very descriptive in her directions to the cabin and also with everything the cabin has to offer. The cabin was fully loaded with anything guests could want or need. They threw in little extras like fire starters, a s’mores kit, nice toiletries (shampoo & conditioner, body wash, razors, bandaids, fingernail polish remover, q tips, feminine products), indoor and outdoor games, movies, books, etc. You name it, they thought of it. The cabin was well decorated and very cleanly, making for a super comfortable stay. The hot tub, fire pit, grill, patio, outdoor tables, pond, etc were all well manicured and in perfect working order. The location was ideal for stargazing and not far from all attractions. The metal roof was conducive for a good night’s sleep when the rain fell. The wildlife was abundant. Everything was just top notch. They truly went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend. We will certainly be coming back to enjoy the perfection that is Lily Pad Bungalow!

Romantic Getaway

Dan and Becky are amazing hosts and property is amazing. They think of everything? Cabin is supplied with all your needs; we didn’t go without anything. Cabin is quaint with a peaceful environment and relaxing things to do: hot tub, swing by the pond, stargaze, and read on the deck. There are some others cabins around but you do not feel unisolated. We will definitely return bc hosts made the ease of renting so easy, they were so responsive and very hospitable.

Everything You Need in One Place

Great hosts, great location and great attention to detail. You didn’t have to guess where things were or how things worked. There was notes and instructions to everything. The hot tub was super nice. Dan and Becky always had great communication. Something for everyone. Even though you had neighbors, you couldn’t tell. Will definitely visit again.

The Lily Pad Bungalow was the perfect place to stay during our Red River Gorge getaway. Tucked just far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded, yet close enough to reach all the main attractions within 15–20 minutes, it strikes a wonderful balance between convenience and tranquility.The owners truly thought of everything. From the charming coffee and tea bar to the hiking books, maps, and the delightful snack and s’mores basket, every detail felt intentional and welcoming. They even included washer pods for a couple loads of laundry.Outside, the setup is just as relaxing. Every little detail was clearly well-planned to create a peaceful atmosphere. While the bungalow is cozy and ideal for two adults, the loft space would be great for younger kids. There are neighbors nearby, but they’re far enough away that we felt completely undisturbed.We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet weekend escape. It’s a true gem in the Gorge!

Peaceful & Cozy & Relaxing

The Lily Pad Bungalow is awesome! The hosts have gone out of their way to make this a relaxing experience! Practically everything in the bungalow has an instruction manual so you aren’t wasting time trying to figure things out. Hosts were SUPER accommodating! My wife and I were there when the weather was not that great and it didn’t matter because the place is so comfortable. Everything is brand new, if you like old-school video games, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Hot tub and fire pit really done well too! The kind of place you don’t even need to leave unless you want to. The hiking was phenomenal also at Red River Gorge! We are going back for sure to the Lily Pad Bungalow!
