Very comfortable 3 bedroom end unit condo with a wrap around balcony. Great views. Kabot was very responsive and informed us of some issues with the city water. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing week! The room was very comfortable and the balcony was our favorite hangout spot when not at the beach or enjoying the town. Would 100% book again. The host was great and responded quickly

Beautiful condo

Our condo was beautiful and had the perfect view. Communication with Kabot was easy and always immediate. We had the best week!

Family fall break

Parents with 3 teens greatly enjoyed our stay! The unit exceeded expectations. The unit was spotless, roomy, very comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. The property location was very convenient to activities for the teens and the beach was beautiful. Didn't use indoor pool so can't comment but exercise facilities were a plus!

I showed up for a short stay after your departure for a mini-stay and to do some minor checks and minor upgrades. We'd love to have you back next year at this condo or our other one on the 2nd floor on the other side of town in the Shores of Panama Resort.

Spring Break

We traveled from Wisconsin to this beautiful, spacious condo on the beach. The listing is as described & even a little better in person. The location is great - can walk to the grocery store and shopping/restaurants. The view is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo for others to enjoy.

Lots of Room, Gorgeous Views

This condo was perfect for our ladies weekend. Lots of room and perfect for relaxing days on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more! The only negative thing were the elevators. Lots of waiting around due to the spring break visitors. Otherwise, would 100% come back!

Jeep Jam 2025

We came down for Jeep Jam 2025. We spent 7 nights in this condo and let me say it was very nice. The condo check in was very easy and had no issues. It was spot on with cleanliness A on that. Lots of room and the balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Elevator waits not an issue, we used the one on the end as it was not as busy. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Only thing negative would be the comfort of the beds was a little hard. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good, except the elevators

Condo was nice and as described. It was nice to have a storage space for beach stuff that is outside the condo. The only issue was the elevator. Very long waits at times for the elevator and some were broken at times. That situation needs to be resolved.

I am glad that Anthony and his party enjoyed our condo. During the summer season especially during Memorial Day when Anthony stayed and July 4th week, most elevators in most of the beach resorts in PCB can be busy especially on Friday-Sunday during peak check-in days. To avoid long waits we suggest in our check-in instructions that our guests plan to try to use elevators during non-peak time. We are now also allowing guests to store luggage in our external storage closet right next to our condo where the beach chairs are located. This gives them the option to bring up a lot of their luggage ahead of peak times. We are just completing a 2-week stay here from June 1st to June 15th, 2024, and have never had to wait an excessive amount of time for an elevator as we try to avoid using elevators at peak time. HOWEVER, starting mid-June 2024 the complex will utilize elevator operators and test out dedicating some elevators to a block of floors during peak times to help expedite check-in and check-out during peak times for the remainder of the peak season.

Well appointed property with updates. View was awesome, easy access to beach.Did want to mention the cleanliness could have been better. I am sure the owner is paying good and deserves what they pay for, as goes the renter.Paper was under master bed, the master shower curtain had pink mold on it, we did change it. A orange m&m was in the floor of the 2nd master. The tub was clogged with hair, which I pulled out. The bath mays had lots of sand on them. The stove top wasn’t clean. The 3rd bath shower head is broken, water doesn’t spray just pours out.We enjoyed our stay after we did some initial cleaning.

Thank you for choosing our condo and for sharing your feedback. I’ve spoken with our cleaning team to ensure the issues you mentioned are addressed, as this isn’t typical for our property. I truly wish you had reached out during your stay about the showerhead — I arrived the same day you checked out and noticed it myself. It appears a previous guest, possibly a child, had pulled out several of the rubber spray nozzles from the handheld shower wand. I’ve since replaced it with a new one. I’m glad to hear you still enjoyed the views and your overall stay, and I’d love to welcome you back for an even better experience next time.
