Hey Ashley! Thank you so much for your review. We are thrilled to hear your group enjoyed the Kroger unit and the location during your weekend trip. We regularly complete annual inventory so it's great the unit was stocked. We labeled the kitchen cabinets this year as well for easy finding! I will make a note about instructions for the TV and thermostats - but be sure to call our 24/7 on call maintenance next time to help get things working next time! Leigh- Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear all was smooth at check-in and you enjoyed the location! We will be looking into the description of various security codes/keys to ensure all is clear along with the verification of the wifi information. We hate to hear you feel as if you were "nickel & dimed" but there are indeed fees for linen rentals, as stated in order forms and contracts. We hope you'll visit us at the beach for another long weekend again soon! And yes, BYO napkins... there are also a few other things you may want to bring along, so make sure to visit our Guest Guide page on our website for suggestions on what to bring.

I made note of your suggestions about replacing the mattresses and the living room couch so the property managers can share that with the owners. We hope you will come again to visit the Kroger condo soon and hopefully your suggestions will take place before you visit.

Diane, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback from your stay at the Kroger condo! We apologize that your original booking was not available but glad we had some similar options to offer you! This is a very well maintained condo and one that we do not usually receive negative feedback from so I am surprised by your review! It doesn't look like anything was reported to maintenance during your stay but please know for next time we have technicians available 24/7 should any issues arise and we would love the opportunity to correct any that are flagged to us. I notified maintenance and our hospitality team now of the issues you mentioned in your review and we will take care of them as soon as possible. The Wrightsville Dunes complex is managed by an HOA so unfortunately we do not have an impact on the complex construction or pool availability. In our contract we require a Pool Waiver to be signed that states, "Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season it may not be open. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits and inspections." We also note in our contract that we have halted bed making services, not due to "Covid Rules" but based on guest feedback of guest's wanting their linens untouched for peace of mind during the pandemic. We hope to restart this process very soon! We hope you will consider renting with us again on your next getaway to Wrightsville and that it provides for a better rental experience for your family which is the true Bryant standard you can expect. Wonderful to hear, Danita! Our team works very hard to deliver excellent vacation experiences to our guests. We are thrilled you all enjoyed the Kroger condo and that it was nice and clean on arrival. That is the Bryant standard you can expect when you visit with us. We halted the bed making process due to the ongoing COVID pandemic for our guest's safety so we appreciate the positive feedback there. Sydney, thank you for your review and feedback of the Kroger condo. We apologize for the interruption from the HOA installing hurricane shutters; we don't have much control over that since it is mandated by a private HOA company, but hopefully it did not disturb your vacation too much! I have made note of your suggestions to replace the master bed, and have on record several other people who mentioned similar things. I will pass this info along personally to the property manager to relay to the owner, but please know we can only make suggestions and ultimately it is up to the property owner to pay for updates. Mattresses are a tough one, as many different people have different preferences but I will see what I can do! If the mattress is replaced, I will update reviews and also send you an e-mail. We are so thankful for your continued loyalty with our company, and we truly hope we can pair you with a different property next time that you will love! Take care.

Hey Mary, thank you for this information. Unfortunately this unit is governed by an HOA that we have zero control over and it's not the fault of the owner by any means. We were made aware of this the day we called you on 5/8 and received their work schedule, and called right away to let you know that it should be finished up by the time of your arrival. Sounds like their schedule was a bit delayed and it ended up impacting your stay more than expected. We were very open with communication between the HOA and your group to make sure there were no surprises. We really do apologize if this interrupted your stay and invite you to reach out to the office and file a guest issues statement that management can look over if you have not already. We hope you were able to enjoy the unit and your vacation nonetheless! A quick trip to the beach can cure anything.
