Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is even better than the photos! With Covid, the bedspreads have been replaced with a soft white bedspread, and it is a lovely refresh to the rooms. I would bring another blanket, as there are not extras and one of our two kids was cold. The unit was clean and so comfortable. The office is very responsive and helpful during business hours. We would love to stay in this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we did have a very nice stay and we would come back, it wasn't without a few issues. We were without water in the kitchen for one entire day. Although it was an easy fix, and we reported it early in the morning, maintenance didn't get there until late in the afternoon. We also reported that both bathroom shower drains were clogged but they only cleared one, and we had to call again, and have them come back. The light out front of the unit never came on, they replaced the bulb, but it still didn't work. One outlet in the master threw sparks when I tried to plug something in. It should be looked at.

My only feedback would be to get some cutting boards that aren't made of glass and sharpen the knives but other than that it was perfection! Thank you to the owners of this beautiful place.

Great property in excellent location!

Sanibel Moorings is a beautifully landscaped property in the quieter part of the island. The ammenities:pool, bikes, kayaks, and access to the ocean were perfect. Very clean and icely decorated. We loved it!

Beautiful property

The 2 bedroom unit was clean and inviting. Our beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware. We loved the grounds. The trees were all labeled with the types of plants they were. The beach was well supplied with chairs and umbrellas. The management checked in with us regularly to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property and location

We had a great time in Sanibel! The property is conveniently located close to restaurants and the beach. Bike rentals were convenient and great way to enjoy Sanibel! A trip to Captiva also made this trip special!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the unit we stayed in as well as the property it was part of . Our unit had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I wasn't sure about what the laundry accessibility was but it all worked out well as there was a laundry area on the property that was convenient. We had fun taking out a couple of kayaks and paddling through the canals. The pool and beach areas were wonderful. We also appreciated how you can rent bikes at the property office. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and unit. It was also very quiet at night which was nice.

Had a nice stay at Sanibel. 2nd floor condo was well equipped and furnished. Would stay here again. Onsite staff were very helpful and friendly. Free use of kayaks and canoe was great. Bike rental was reasonable and easy to access.
