Gorgeous property, well-maintained grounds and newly renovated unit, warm, clean pools. Friendly, responsive staff. Steps away from the beach. Our family has come to Sanibel for decades, and this was our first time to Sanibel Moorings. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean, 50 steps from the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. We spent six days here and had no complaints at all.... The walls are thin as we could hear activity from units attached but overall a very comfortable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 5 nights on the ocean side of the resort. This is the second time vacationing here our first being last year. I love the tropical gardens surrounding the units and the many places on property for sitting and enjoying nature. This year I missed having bikes on the property though. It was very convenient to be able to rent a bike right from the office. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed to find a cart to help us get our things from the car(we are an older couple). The only suggestions I would make would be a centralized place for the carts and an indication upon arrival the location of those carts. Also, would like to see communication from management when a wedding is being held on premises and how that would affect customers staying on the resort. I wish any bride and groom the most perfect wedding and would help to make that happen in any way I can....if I know in advance what we must do to make that happen. What a beautiful location for a wedding! We look forward to future stays at the resort!

It was the perfect relaxing end to a great week they started with time in Clearwater beach and an epic Buccaneer game vs the Buffalo Bills. Highly recommend Sanibel Moorings for the perfect Sanibel vibe. Resort was clean, quiet and uncrowned. Our unit had a view of the water and was perfect for 2 couples. We searched many places that had twin beds in second bedroom so this is great for 2 couples. Nice screened in porch, guys set up umbrellas and chairs for us every morning, no issues getting a good spot on beach where we spent our time every afternoon. Close to great restaurants and supermarket is a mile away. Highly recommend this place, we hope to return!

Beautiful place

This property is very beautiful with exotic plants and trees all around the property. The sand on the beach here is the best on the island. The water isn't quite as clear and blue as it is in Captiva but still very nice.

Best vacation stay!!!

We have stayed in this property in the past and everything was better than we remembered. The grounds are beautiful and secluded but an easy drive to whatever you may need. But with the beach at the end of the walk, who needs anything else!!! we WILL be back.

perfect location

made this reservation fairly late in the season, so was happy to see such a great condo available. great location - steps from the beach and pool. walking or beach cruiser distance to many restaurants. condo itself had everything we needed. would for sure come back
