Overall, we had a good experience. However, a few things really have is wondering if we want to come back. My in-laws have been coming for years, so it’s disappointing to think we may choose a different rental next time. One major issue was the living room furniture in our unit. The sofas were so sprung that we could not enjoy spending time out there. The other concern was an employee who was so unbelievably rude that we were honestly blown away. We didn’t catch her name, but she had curly red hair and worked in the main office. We misunderstood the rules about retuning the pickle ball set and she publicly shamed us and talked to us as if we were idiots and made a mistake that was beyond what it actually was. We have little kids and lost track of time and returned them first thing in the am. Her explanation was as if we had committed a crime. A simple explanation would have sufficed, but instead it seemed that she really wanted to make sure that we understood the mistake we made. Please know it was not Marie- she was absolutely lovely. Everyone else was also professional and friendly.
