Thank you for taking the time to share your review! We are so glad to hear that you loved the condo, found it beautiful and clean, and had a wonderful time enjoying the quiet pools, delicious food, and the resort tiki bar! We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the household supplies. Like most vacation rentals, we provide a starter supply of essentials—such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper products—to get our guests settled comfortably upon arrival, with guests typically picking up additional disposables to match the length and specific needs of their stay. However, we always want to make sure that initial setup is generous and convenient, so we are reviewing our starter inventory levels with our housekeeping team to ensure guests have ample supplies right from check-in. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for another fun island getaway!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! I am thrilled to hear that you greatly enjoyed the unit and that it provided the roomy, clean environment you were looking for. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, and we know that on the island, the lanai is often the most important "room" in the house! I’m so glad you were able to spend so much time out there soaking in that lovely view. It was a total pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for more relaxing hours on the lanai whenever you’re ready for another getaway.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled that you chose our condo for your kids' very first trip to the ocean and that the whole family had such a blast. Making that first look at the ocean unforgettable is exactly what we hope for! We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the bed comfort. We want every aspect of your stay to be amazing, including a great night's sleep, so we will definitely inspect the mattress and look into adding a high-quality topper or replacing it to ensure maximum comfort for future guests. It was a true pleasure hosting your family's milestone vacation, and we cannot wait to welcome you all back for many more amazing beach trips in the future!

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! We take great pride in keeping the condo sparkling clean for our guests, so it’s wonderful to hear that stood out to you. Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you so much for the five-star rating! We are thrilled to hear that the space was a great fit for your family of six. Providing a comfortable and spacious environment for families to make memories is exactly what we strive for. We would love to host you and your family again for your next getaway!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you chose to stay with us, but we are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the neighborhood pool. We completely understand how frustrating it is to arrive expecting a fully operational pool, only to find it closed. We rely on the community's homeowners association for construction and maintenance updates, and we sincerely apologize that the timeline we were given—and passed along to you—shifted unexpectedly. We would love the chance to make this up to you. Whenever you are ready to plan your next island getaway, please reach out to us directly so we can ensure you are booked at a property with a fully open, refreshing pool ready for your arrival.

Thank you so much for your review

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you found the condo amazing! We strive to make every stay a five-star experience, and it sounds like we almost achieved it. We sincerely apologize that the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable for you. Guest comfort is our top priority, and we take this feedback very seriously. We have already initiated the process of replacing or upgrading the mattress to ensure a better night's sleep for all future guests. We truly hope to welcome you back again soon, and we are confident your next stay will be a perfect 5-star experience!

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you were able to enjoy the ocean views, but I sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the pool. Providing a 'no-surprises' getaway is my top priority, and it is clear we fell short of that goal by not having the pool ready for your arrival. While we have been working hard on post-hurricane restoration to get all amenities back online, I am truly sorry for the miscommunication regarding the pool's status during your stay. We value your business and would love the opportunity to host you again—with a fully functional pool—to provide the 5-star experience you deserve.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that the condo offered plenty of space for your group of six, that everything was spotlessly clean, and that the cold A/C, well-stocked kitchen, entertainment choices, and closet puzzles made your stay so comfortable. We are also very grateful to the kind neighbor who pointed you in the right direction during your late 1:00 AM arrival! Thank you as well for your constructive feedback. We love the suggestion for full-length mirrors in the bedrooms and have added that to our list of upcoming additions. Regarding the back access and lockbox: we are so sorry for the confusion and concern that caused while you were enjoying the beach. We are actively inspecting the lockbox beside the front door to ensure physical keys are always readily accessible, and we are reviewing our contact channels so incoming guest texts are never missed.

Thank you so much. T201 is such a wonderful place!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we're glad you found the room nice. We apologize for any confusion regarding the pools. We understand that seeing fewer available pools than expected can be disappointing. We do include a disclaimer in the listing description and house rules that specifies that only one of the community pools is currently operational due to ongoing maintenance and management decisions by the Homeowners Association, which is unfortunately outside of our control as property managers. We aim to keep all our guests fully informed before booking, but we clearly missed the mark here, and we apologize for that. We hope the one working pool still allowed you to enjoy some time relaxing! We truly appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your review. We’ll look forward to welcoming you back again

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We'll look forward to welcoming you back again soon

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear you found the unit very clean and well-equipped with everything you needed. We're glad you were able to enjoy the resort pool despite the condo pool being temporarily unavailable. We hope that didn't detract too much from your overall wonderful time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back to Sanibel for another enjoyable stay in the future!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review of Sundial 201! We are thrilled to hear that the condo met your expectations for cleanliness and space. It is great to know that the logistics—from the reserved parking to the beach cart—made your stay convenient and relaxing. We agree that the location offers the best of both worlds with easy access to the bridge and the beaches. We look forward to welcoming you back for more shelling soon!

Thank you so much for your review. We’ll certainly look at the master bed, however, it’s fairly new and mattresses can be so tough as some guests prefer soft and others more firm. Hope to welcome you back again soon

Thank you for your review. So sorry the AC had initial troubles, but very happy it was resolved quickly. We'd love to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your detailed feedback and for highlighting the beauty and convenience of the remodel. I am thrilled that you enjoyed having the beach almost to yourselves and that the provided beach equipment helped make your stay more seamless. At Dream Vacation Rentals, we strive for a "no-surprises" experience, and I sincerely apologize that the condition of the floors fell short of our standards. While I am glad our team responded promptly to send a cleaning crew, I completely understand your frustration—you should never have to worry about cleanliness while on vacation. We have addressed this directly with our housekeeping lead for this property to ensure a deep-clean protocol is strictly followed between every guest. Regarding the parking, I appreciate you bringing that up. While we are often bound by strict Homeowner Association (HOA) rules that limit us to one guaranteed spot per unit, we will review our listing descriptions to make sure this is communicated even more clearly. We always want to be transparent about what to expect so you can plan your trip with confidence. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a truly "spotless" 5-star experience in the future.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed and positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you found the condo great, the furniture and beds comfortable, and that our check-in process and communication met your expectations. We are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the pool construction and, specifically, the unanticipated cost of the Sundial passes. We understand that $50 per person, per day is a significant unexpected expense, and we regret that the necessity and fee for that alternative option were not communicated clearly enough in the listing. We are immediately reviewing our listing language to ensure the temporary pool situation and any associated alternative costs are much more prominent and impossible to miss, allowing future guests to budget appropriately. Thank you for your patience while the complex completes this necessary upgrade. We hope that once the work is finalized, you’ll consider returning to enjoy the condo—and the fully open, beautiful new pool—next time you visit!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. We deeply apologize that the pool was out of order and for any lack of communication regarding the toll. We also regret that you were bothered by the "no see ums." We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much better experience in the future.
