Staying here, put us over Cape Cod Bay. i was able to enjoy the beach from the deck under sun protection while my husband enjoyed the beach. The Unit is simply decorated and had everything we needed to make the stay thoroughly enjoyable. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances. This is my favorite way to stay in Ptown, right in the middle of everything where i can stay away from everyone for days and just take two steps into town when i want to join in the fun of Commercial Street.

Beautiful view in the center of town

Like being on a boat… lovely location. The owner was very attentive and responsive. Wonderful stay!

Perfect oasis

Just as it’s listed, it was a perfect oasis in Ptown. Great views, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. Property manager was accommodating and attentive. Will definitely book again!!

Outstanding

This little gem of a place offers the best of Provincetown. It is one of few properties that is actually on the beach, so that it offers an unobstructed view of the harbor, the boats, the town wharf, and the town on either side. It is small—one room on the first floor and one room on the second floor, but this was not an issue. There is ample deck space on both levels, so you can easily find the perfect spot in the sun or the shade, with very nice deck furniture on both levels. It catches the breeze, so I never had to turn on the air conditioner in the bedroom (in July). Unlike other properties that are generically decorated, this immediately felt like home. It is well furnished and equipped. The bed is great. The owner, Michael, kept in touch, and the property manager Tim was friendly and responsive. As I sat looking out over the harbor at sunset, I felt lucky to have been able to stay in such a wonderful place.
