Welcome to Haab! This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium will make you feel at home thanks to its modern décor and spacious areas. Haab is the ideal place for your rest in Playa del Carmen, and the best part is that it is located just 350 meters from the beach. So you can spend hours in the sand and sea without straying far from your home! It is also important to know that it is just a few steps away from the famous 5th Avenue.



The room is furnished with comfort and style and equipped with a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, along with a breakfast bar to enjoy home-cooked meals and a dining room for 6 people.



The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, its own private bathroom, a spacious closet, TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds, also has air conditioning, closet, TV and a full bathroom right next to it.



The living room is comfortable and spacious, with a flat-screen TV and access to a private balcony. From this balcony, you can enjoy fresh air and a relaxing view. Additionally, the condominium is equipped with Internet access. This condominium is an excellent option for those seeking comfort and style within a short distance of the beach and all the amenities that Playa del Carmen has to offer.



MONTHLY PRICE:

- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

- In case you require early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.
