Celebrate the Magic of Seattle in our modern & tastefully furnished Eastlake home. Minutes drive to city icons, you're in the heart of it all. Head up to the private rooftop patio and take in the classic Seattle skyline view: Lake Union, Space Needle, Downtown. Holiday fireworks! Relax in our comfortable three bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows, cook a great meal, and listen to the calming sound of rain. Embrace an unforgettable Seattle adventure.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious at 1580 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a staircase walkway from parking to the entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV. Sofa bed sleeps 2. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower. One bedroom has dedicated desk with monitor. Portable AC in the summer.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/king size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and expansive view of the Lake Union and prominent view of the Space Needle.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
