This private apartment is operated by We Host. Please note that this is a private residence owned by Ritz-Carlton Hotel and operates independently from their management. We strive to provide a personalized experience, and cleaning services are arranged to ensure your comfort upon check-out.



A daily Resort Fee of $59.00 will be charged by the Host before check-in.



Parking is available for a fee of $25.00 per night.



The building requires a USD $300 security deposit per night of your reservation. The deposit is held by the building’s management and will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out, provided there are no additional charges or damages during your stay.



Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Reservations must be made by a person over 21 years of age, and the reservation holder’s presence is required throughout the stay.
