well equiped, comfortable

Nice location, amenities, easy check-in, clean, comfortable, but upstairs bedroom and bath would be better for young people. Stairs were steep, rafters so low that a short person bonked their head.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our long weekend. Super cozy condo and easy to get back and forth from Aspen. One thing that we noticed is that the non-stick pan was very scratched and we had a hard time making eggs on it. That is the only very minor issue we had, overall a wonderful visit to Snowmass!

Good price for good service

Loved the proximity to the mall, the free rides around Snowmass, the pool, the restaurant, the game room. Condo master bedroom and living room were comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more amenities like salt and pepper and better pans. Loft was unlivable even with a propped open window and fan so our kids slept on the living room floor. Would come back.

Heather, thank you for the review. Those lofts do seem to be tricky and this unusually hot summer makes it hard to keep cool. We have talked to the owners about A/C for those who have lofted units. I hope it didn't totally ruin your getaway with the family and the kids got enough sleep. Have a great rest of the summer.

JULY 4TH WEEK

Great condo was perfect for our family . Easy access to restaurants / shopping and hoping on the skittles for a ride to the main village. May i suggest changing out the light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom to ones that don't produce heat for people staying during the summer. If the our son happened to leave the light on the upstairs got really hot and it was hard to cool down. That is a very minor detail ... the condo was great and will rent it again in the future!!!!!!!

Nice little condo

The condo was in good shape and clean. It is a bit dated but comfortable for a family of 4. The location is ideal for skiing, easy 2 min walk to the slopes. There are three twin beds in the loft. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and necessary items. The condo grounds are wonderfully kept and the pool and hot tub is one of the best we have experienced. There is also a community area with tables and grills. The Timberline condo reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative item to note is that the condo does not have air conditioning. This is particularly problematic for the loft area. We stayed in early April when the outside temps were highs in the 50s with lows in the 20s. The loft was almost unbearably hot for sleeping even with the window wide open and a large fan running. I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. There is very little ability to generate good airflow through the loft area.

Great Ski-in Ski-Out Property

My kids and I loved the location of this property. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and easy access to the mountain. We will definitely return.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
