Single Malt is a spacious modern studio at the hottest new short term rental destination in Nulu. The open and bright space features one king bed, one queen sofa bed, and all the best amenities for your absolute comfort.

Single Malt sits right above the elegant new whiskey lounge called Tartan House. This is a separate business serving a curated list of spirits and luxury cocktails in a highly refined setting. It is the ultimate luxury stay and play destination. 🍸

✨ THE SPACE
• Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps two to four guests with one king bed and one queen sofa bed. 🛏️
• Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a microwave, a coffee bar, and a mini fridge.
• Living Area: An open concept studio with tons of space for two guests and additional travelers.

🏠 AMENITIES AND ACCESS
• Parking: One secure off street parking spot is available at the rear of the property. Additional free parking is located along Main Street. 🚗
• Access: Guests will enjoy full access to the suite using a digital keyless door lock.
• Cleaning: Supplies are available for your absolute convenience.

📍 LOCATION
Situated in a prime location near the best bars, restaurants, and top attractions in the city.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. Because of this, our guests must complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. A credit card will also be required to authorize a 300 dollar security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as there are no damages or excess mess left at the property.
