Welcome to our cherished home! Nestled in a cozy small town close to lakes and adorable Historic Downtown. Relax with plenty of space for you and other guests. Being tucked in a walnut grove (on a quiet cul-de-sac) It brings the peace and sounds of the woods with the comfort of a home. The extra large driveway leaves plenty of space for parking your boat or RV, the large fenced in backyard is perfect for little children to play, or your small dog to retreat.

The 5 bedrooms include a master suite with a King bed, TV, full bathroom and laundry room in the large closet, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and closets that sandwich a guest bathroom with shower and large vanity. Upstairs is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a full above a twin and a dresser. In the basement you will find your 5th bedroom and second King sized bed. The basement includes a full bathroom with a shower conveniently also next to the game room and 3rd TV. All 3 TV's include a Firestick for all of your streaming ease.

Besides the 5 bedrooms you can enjoy 3 separate seating areas outside of the kitchen. When you walk in you are welcomed to a vaulted entry and can either explore upstairs or relax in the cozy living room. The front room can be turned into working office space, or just be a lovely quiet place to sit. The backyard includes a fence and firepit.

Have a day of free time? Take a stroll, or drive to Historic Downtown Spring Hill (.9 miles away). Here you will find local shops with coffee, baked goods, ice cream treats, handmade soaps, and adorable KC gear. Check your welcome book when you get here for lovely local gifts. Hop right on the nearby highway and make your way to the Chiefs stadium just 45 minutes away. The convenient location makes it wonderful for all of your vacation plans.

The house was not ready for a guest really. The downstairs shower was broken and the door stayed open. It leaked all over the floor. The downstairs tv was broke and not usuable. The house looked like someone had just moved out, holes in the wall, screws were hanging out for someone to walk into. There is an electrical outlet face cover downstairs that is broke big enough a adult could put their finger in there and get shocked. The bedsheets in the main bedroom were stained. The downstairs walls had markings on them as if a kid was just given a pencil and drawn all over. The swing chair downstair thats bolted to the ceiling is almost worn through. An adult should not sit in it. The blinds in the room with the bunk beds blinds were horrible and broken. You had no privacy from people outside. The kitchen containers next to the fridge have old brown sugar in it that was a brick.The downstairs window was not usuable as it was full of leaves and trash inside the egress area.

The house was very spacious and overall clean. We did end up bringing our own supplies, which was a good thing because the kitchen and cleaning supplies were sparse. We loved our dogs were welcomed with a great fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood was quiet without any traffic. There were a few minor maintenance items that could be done to bring it to an excellent status. But, we had a good experience and would strongly consider staying again!

KU graduation-Spring Hill stay

The house was perfect for our celebration of our daughter’s graduation from KU! Plenty of room! Very comfortable for all. The host answered our questions real quick! Will stay again if need a place! Very close to KC and plenty of things to do!

Thanksgiving stay with entire family

This property was perfect for our family of 8 +1 dog. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the three floors offered good separation when we needed it. We prepared portions of our extended family Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was responsive. We would stay here again.

Home to see family

There were a few bumps, but the owners were quick to reply and try to rectify the situations. We never did have TV in the living room, but they did attempt to correct it. The house was spacious and everyone enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood, just like home. I would recommend this place to anyone.
