このオーシャンフロントの宿泊施設は静かで家族連れの建物です。 昼も夜もあなたを魅了する5階のキッチンとバルコニーの景色をアップグレードしました。 あなたが必要なら3台のテレビやハイチェアー。 ソファーとロビーの座席とダイニングルームの座席がたくさんあります。 キッチンサービス（6-8名用） マスター付きのプライベートバスと残りのファミリー用のフルバス。マスターのキングベッドと2番目のベッドルームのツインベッド2台。また、EZ寝台には脚を使ってクイーンサイズのベッドを膨らませています。


レンタル後の一度の清掃とリネンパッケージ（リネンの供給を受けたベッド（各ベッドと寝心地ソファのためのシートとトップシートの取り付け）タオル（タオル6本、ハンドタオル3本、洗面用タオル4本、キッチンタオル）：バーソープ、ゴミ袋、トイレットペーパー、食器洗い機用洗剤と共に提供されるハンドソープ。

Great ocean view

The property is very clean with nice furniture, appliances, etc. The view of the ocean is fantastic. The Arcadian condos are in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, etc

Celebrating Labor Day

We enjoyed the location and proximity to the ocean - the view was amazing! The condo was a great size for our family of four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are always such a nice way to vacation. Parking was very easy and the attendants who work at the property are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay in a nice condo.

Beautiful

This property is amazing the view of the Ocean is breath taking this place had everything you needed ✨️ to feel at home. Frank the owner is a sweet man if there was anything we needed he was a great help 🙏 We would definitely come back.We didnt want leave thats how comfortable and peaceful this place is.This place is right up the street from the best japan hibachi place called Miyabi. Thanks Frank 😊 for everything

Great condo, location, and view

Unit 5E was fantastic. It was clean, modern, and beautiful clear ocean views from the living room and porch and from the large bedroom windows. It was well-kept, kitchen well stocked with kitchen-wares, and master bed was super comfortable. Large TVs as well. We really loved it (couple with 2 kids). The 2 kids stayed in the bedroom with 2 twin beds which worked out great. The building was very nice and pool was awesome as well as the grilling area. Highly recommend.

Excellent condo with outstanding ocean views

We loved everything about the condo and the property. When you walk in the front door of the unit you get a beautiful view of the ocean. You can see the ocean and beach from almost every room. The unit was clean and well stocked with supplies. The check-in was easy with having door codes for both the lobby and the unit. The decor was very tasteful and perfect for an ocean front condo. We met the property manager, Frank, and he is very nice and was quick to respond to our questions. We are already booked for next year. It was a perfect home away from home.

Beautiful setting

This property was very pleasant, clean and well appointed. It is situated in a secure building with easy access to beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to questions. Will definitely go back!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved this unit and the property. The unit was very nice and very well stocked. Our daughter loved her room. The view was perfect. The pool was fantastic and not too crowded. Very clean and very nice. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us :) We will definitely stay again.

Not very comfortable

Beds were very uncomfortable, especially twin beds. The floor was all ceramic tile and was constantly sandy despite cleaning several times a day. Balcony furniture was not comfortable, they were plastic lawn chairs. I had extended family in multiple other units and all were nicer than this one.

The property was clean except for the kitchen. It’s a beach property so sand is expected, however, there was sand on the dishes and silverware. The cabinets and drawers could use a thorough cleaning.

Best on the beach!

From the moment we opened the door and saw the beautiful ocean view, we knew we had found our perfect “home” for the week. It was very clean throughout. The decor was tasteful, bright and beachy. We enjoyed the comfortable sofa and loveseat in the great room and appreciated the minimal decorative items. No clutter on the furniture and countertop which allows room for personal items. Since there is not a formal check-in procedure, it was a breeze to park, enter building and condo and get settled in a very short time. Frank was so nice and quickly answered our texts and/or calls. There was a 2 minute power outage building wide and we could not figure out how to get the cable signal on the TV. Frank stopped by within 5 minutes and resolved the minor issue. All beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we had starter supplies throughout (bathrooms and kitchen). We loved everything about the condo and its location. I hope to stay there again one day.

Fun Vacation

Condo was beautiful and decorated with all kinds of beach decor. Not real happy with the Arcadian cleaning and maintenance staff. The property owners should be aware of how dirty the kitchen was. With such a pretty condo I’m sure they would expect more from the cleaning staff. Lots of grime on the cabinets and refrigerator handles. Several items left in the freezer. Above the microwave on the top of the cabinets was baked on grease with dust stuck to it. My wife spent the first 4 hours of our vacation cleaning it before she would food anywhere in it. Lots of construction in the unit above our rental that started every morning at 700. They shut the water off for several hours one day. All week they were putting a new roof on the front of the building. Final issue was they closed the pool early on Friday at noon through Saturday for renovations. I understand that repairs are needed but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The property manager was great. He was open to questions and gave his personal cell if we had any issues. He sent several emails detailing the check in - out process. Overall we had a great vacation and the condo was beautiful even with the issues stated. We have stayed at both Arcadian Buildings now and like them both. The reason I’m being so blunt about the review is my parents owned two condos in Arcadian 1 and used one mainly as a vacation rental. They had issues with the cleaning in their units and were unaware until it was brought to there attention, and it was corrected immediately.

Wonderful place to stay

A Simple check in process! Property was very clean, location was quiet, Fifth floor balcony view of ocean front! Situated between north myrtle beach and Myrtle Beach. Very comfortable , king size bed Twin beds in second room Lovely balcony with four chairs. Large size kitchen dining living room combination We enjoyed it thoroughly! The only downside, no hairdryer and could use a couple extra towels. I enjoy cooking, had everything we needed, but could use a couple new Teflon frying pan‘s. I would certainly tell anyone to stay here and have a great time!
