RVH. 152R Whisper Way
I sent an email halfway through our stay with the problems we had. The worst of which was the leak under the sink in the master bathroom. I was told at first that it was an old leak even though I said there was standing water in the cabinet and smelled of mold. And water would leak when I turned on the water. Dylan checked it and said no leak. Wilvert came later to check the TV problems and I asked him to check it. He then fixed the leak. However it remained damp and continued to smell of mold.
The carpet and furniture were dirty and stained. The furniture in the living room is old, broken down and uncomfortable. The heating system did not warm the front right bedroom. The kitchen pot holders and placemats were dirty and we didn't use them. I was told that they would be replaced but weren't. The pots and pans were not as pictured in the book. Only 4 teaspoons and was told more would be sent. Other kitchen supplies were not as pictured, missing. A video game was pictured and a sign saying we would be responsible for it—it was not there nor the sound bar. There were other things pictured but not there. The unit stayed very humid. There was a hole in the ceiling between the closets in the master bedroom that had plastic hanging from it. And the dresser drawers would not stay shut. Dylan said he would report those things.
On a good note, Wilvert was helpful with the TV problems, sink leak and light bulbs replacement. Ken came to replace the broken front door lock and put WD 40 on the sliding back doors.
We were very surprised to see that we paid a processing fee of 206.95 plus “guestsmiles $1105.06
