Sorry the pool wasn’t open during your stay. It’s typically open during our summer winter seasons, but occasionally needs to close for maintenance to keep everything in good shape. Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re really sorry the unexpected hot water situation. We do want to clear one thing up, because it’s important — the hot water is not controlled by the owner on any kind of schedule. There are no “on/off” hours, and we’re not sure where that information came from, but it’s absolutely not the case. What did happen is there was a repair made to help stabilize the temperature after that initial fluctuation (we’re sorry about that). It sounds like there was then a hiccup with the system reheating afterward, which left you without hot water. That’s definitely not the experience we want, even though our team jumped on it quickly. We also appreciate the notes on the unit itself. Chateaux is one of those classic CB buildings, but it should still feel clean and comfortable, and we’ll take a closer look at those items. We really value that you’ve stayed in the building multiple times, and we appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention.
