Enjoy modern comfort in this recently built townhome located minutes from Old Historic Mesilla, the Las Cruces Convention Center, New Mexico State University and highway access! Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs (including a high chair), single car garage with additional driveway parking, washer/dryer and refrigerated AC are just a few of the amenities in this cozy place! Granite countertops throughout the home, Wifi and two smart TVs for your use and the primary suite is situated on the downstairs floor, along with a conveniently located half bathroom near the front entry. A comfy guest bedroom with 2 single beds, and another guest bedroom with a full bed and a pull out futon along with a full bathroom are upstairs. No pets are allowed. There are movies to watch and also games provided for your entertainment! Ring camera on property.

Excellent place to stay

We really appreciated how clean the home was, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Nice quiet neighborhood too. We would definitely stay here again.

Always A Pleasure

This property never disappoints. The house is clean and well-maintained and the owner communicates every step of the way. The house has ample supplies in order to do any cooking, laundry, etc.. if available I will stay at this house every time I’m in Las Cruces.

Fully equipped and more. Our stay was like we never left home. Space was comfortable, beds were comfortable and this property was extremely clean. It felt like new construction and was tastefully decorated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute townhome!

My friends and I stayed in this townhome for an alumni weekend at NMSU and we loved it. It was the perfect size for our small group. Very clean and new. Looked just like the pictures! Check in/out was very easy. The owner was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and very fast to respond! I would highly recommend staying at this townhome for a visit and would stay here again for a future visit.

Perfect

This is a brand new town home in a small, quiet community. Everything in the house is clean and well maintained. We came for a 4 day swim meet at NMSU and it’s a quick 4 minute drive to the campus. We were able to cook most of our meals at the property since there are plenty of kitchen items. The hosts are organized and communicative.
