Enjoy our clean, peaceful, vintage chic studio apartment attached to our home on our 1.5 acre homestead. This is the perfect location as we are 5 minutes from I75 and Florida Turnpike. We are 10 minutes from LIVE Music, Restaurants and more in the Brownwood Town Square. Looking forward to hosting you! The apartment entrance is located on back side of our home. There is a designated parking spot in grass near the entrance.

Cute & Vintage

This is the cutest place and its quiet. Real cozy with vintage charm from the fridge to the bathroom. I enjoyed staying here. The microwave is on a shelf a little to high for a shorty like me, but really a great place!

What a Wonderful Place to Stay!!

Off a secondary road, but just a short drive from the Florida Turnpike, is this nice apartment attached to the main house of the renter, that was quiet, secluded, and peaceful. The chickens and the roosters were delightful to hear, and you kind of thought you were on a farm. The apartment itself was reasonable pricing compared to the excessive rates charged by nearby hotel rooms near the Villages in February. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with everything you needed to feel at home...frig, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer tower, heat pump for good indoor temperature control, and a flat screen TV with tons of stations available. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the lighting fixtures lit up the room very nicely. We met the very friendly owners our first night there, and they made inquiries to make sure all our needs were met. My wife and I were visiting our kids and grandkids near the Villages, and it was an ideal place to stay in-between visits. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with two people staying there, and would definitely return if we need a place to stay on future Florida visits. Thank you Brian and Dana!!

Beautiful quiet and relaxing!

Actually even prettier in person! Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the yard and watching and listening to the animals. My dog was happy! Well located in quiet area but near Publix plaza. Very nice family. Roku, a/c, kitchenette bathroom, bed, etc all amenities were super. Would definitely enjoy staying again.
