Gorgeous Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Unit at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club in HIGHLY DESIRABLE Building 3 The views from this unit are stunning for a first floor unit. Air Conditioning Split Units installed throughout Living Room & Both Bedrooms!

Beautifully remodeled: Travertine tile floors throughout living space, vinyl plank flooring in bedrooms. No carpet!

Building 3 is incredibly special because of its location within the development. The topography for this oceanfront building is special due to its position on the land. The Direct Ocean View 1st floors units in this building are more prominent & more wide open due to minimal obstruction from Lava Rock. The Building is higher positioned than the others. You only need to take one flight of stairs to the first level.

Cal King Sized Bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Twins in Guest Back Bedroom, and Inflatable Air Mattress for 2 little ones or 1 adult. Max capacity 6 persons.

This breathtaking direct oceanfront view from your living area leaves people speechless!

Both bathrooms are fully remodeled. One with a walk in shower, the other with a tub/shower combination!

Kitchen Fully Remodeled with granite countertops & beautiful cabinetry. Fully Equipped!

Condo was just as stated in listing. It was very easy to communicate with them and they were very attentive and even delivered a new beach umbrella when we told them the one provided was broken. The TV is confusing to operate but there were instructions, a guidebook with instructions on all the fans, air conditioners, garbage disposal etc would be nice. It was disappointing that there was no beachfront.

Incredible

We were a family group of 19 that rented 4 condos in the KKSRC. This condo was incredible and everyone's favorite. Views were fantastic. Clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation and more. Kona Surf and Racquet is quiet, has very well kept grounds, beautiful landscaping, fun pool, volleyball, ping pong, tennis courts. Perfect for any age. Location is excellent for exploring all parts of the island. Quick stroll to an incredible snorkel beach or only a short drive to amazing white sand beaches. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied family!

We loved the view and sitting on the patio. Great spot for beautiful sunsets! We saw humpback whales in the mornings too! Everything was clean, functional, and furnished as advertised. I appreciated the beach and bag chairs in the closet.

Fantastic ocean views

The views from this property are amazing. Every day we got to watch the waves crashing on the shore. At night beautiful sunsets. Love that this unit is on the ground floor so we could walk out easily onto the grass to look at the ocean.

This was perfect for a trip to Kona!

They were quick to respond to our needs from making the reservation to check out. We will definitely go through this company for any return trips to Hawaii.Great stay!

Great property but there are better units in the development

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NegativesFloors were dirty. Our feet were black when we walked barefoot, so we bought thongs for indoors!Lighting: No decent lighting in living room.Light switches in the 2 bedrooms were inconvenient: no switches where you first walked into the room.Front door loudly slams shut. There’s a device to make it close slowly which didn’t work. Main bedroom has a nightstand on only one side of the bed.Furniture: the dresser with drawers for clothing, in the main bedroom, is old and the drawers do not open smoothly and one drawer is not suspended in place as it should be.The main bedroom needs a new set drawers.The huge TV has no remote with volume control.The furniture is hodgepodge and mismatched.Fake flowers: yuck; they just collect dust.The shades on the large glass windows facing the ocean are old and in poor condition. Many of the hooks are not attached to the wood. They are difficult to open or close.Lounge chairs on the lanai are made of wood. They need, and lack, cushions. It’s way too hard to lie on the wood.Kitchen cabinets have no handles, nor notches for finger gripping. So, some are difficult to open and are sticky-icky. These doors need to be cleaned around all edges where hands could have been used to open.Kitchen: there’s no rack to dry dishes on. Yes, there’s a dishwasher, but it would still be nice to have a rack for things that are best hand washed.Outdated instructions mention lock box and keys. Door lock has been converted to a keypad entry system and it looks like this was done long ago. Update your documentation!PositivesBeautiful ocean viewsLarge unit. Large rooms, good layout.Well stocked kitchen, including dishwasher, decent knives, plenty of silverwear, plates, glasses, and more.Clothes washer and dryerComfortable bedPlenty of linens for bedding, bathroom, and kitchen.Huge TVAir conditioni
