Central location, bikes and golf cart a big plus!

We had a great few days in Watercolor at this centrally located home. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the rental. We loved getting on the bike trail located just across the street and saw deer in the mornings there. Beautiful home and it fit our needs. We did hear the tennis and pickle ball players in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper who wants to sleep in...this may not be for you, but we didn't mind.

We did not enjoy the beach and location as much as we thought we would. Very crowded beaches and we were not a fan of the parking and trolley process. We’ll take our east coast beaches over the gulf. House was fine, no

We understand that summer on the Gulf Coast can bring busier beaches, which is typical for this time of year, and we do our best to inform guests about seasonal traffic and crowds. We also note that this property comes with access to exclusive private beach club passes, which are available to help guests enjoy a quieter beach experience, and a 6-seater LSV which helps with transportation. While beach crowds and local parking can vary, we hope future guests feel confident that the home itself, and the Watercolor community offers a wide range of things to do while residing in a private, quiet beach town.
