Four blocks from the Grand ramp entrance to the dunes, train station, fine dinning and a local favorite coffee shop.

My family and I spent a fun weekend at this house. It was beautifully designed, clean, and had a bunch of included amenities that made our stay stress free. The description and pictures of the house are very accurate. Also, the home is within walking distance to the beach and the Monarch butterfly grove.

This beautifully decorated house is absolutely charming. We spent a girls weekend here with a total of six women and found the house clean, comfortable, and perfect for lounging. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The beach is not walking distance, but is only a short drive away, and a slightly longer car ride - 20 minutes up the 101 - gets you to the cute little town of Avila. The house is located on a quiet, residential street and offers a two car garage for parking. Leanne was a responsive and generous host. We would absolutely stay here again.

Celebrated my son’s birthday

Our stay was wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. It was spacious enough for my entire family, which made our trip so comfortable. We truly felt at home here. The host was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautiful getaway. Thank you Leanne!

Grover Beach Getaway

House was clean roomy and in a convenient location for the beach and grocery stores. Came with all the necessary items you would need, a few toys for the beach and 3 bikes to ride around. Host was reachable and everything worked as it should

Amazing!!!!

The property was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing! It was comfortable for 5 girlfriends to hang out. It’s close to the beach and great food. The host was excellent! Everything you could need for a weekend getaway.

Cool house!

Really comfortable house that’s finished off very nicely. Had family over for dinner one of our nights, it was great spot for entertaining as well.

Grover Beach-loved it!

Loved our stay. The new home is accurately depicted, but the personal decorative touches throughout is what made it so special beyond what photographs can show. We were so impressed with the home and host from check in to check out that we will definitely return. Everything was in perfect working order and the host was quick to answer any questions.
