The space:
This guest rental is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, located on the ground-level of a duplex that is just a few minutes walk to beautiful Historic Downtown St. Augustine.
Also, gorgeous St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park, with its white-sandy beach, welcome you in less than a 10 minute drive.
Beach towels and cooler included.
Whether it's a long weekend away with a friend, a romantic couple's weekend, or an extended stay, you'll love the laidback vibe.
Enjoy an evening in with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliances (new fall 2023) while relaxing in the quaint and cozy living area and dining space.
The living room offers an inviting and comfortable setup for relaxing and watching a movie on the 55" smart TV.
Samsung TV and Netflix are included.
The master bedroom includes a ceiling fan, King Bed, a closet with shelving, hangers and a luggage rack. Extra blankets are also included.

Downtown Historic Saint Augustine is just a short 10 minute walk with many wonderful restaurants, bars and attractions.
The beautiful Saint Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park are about an 8 minute drive.
You may also choose to bring your bike and ride around town or to the beach. Historic Saint Augustine and Anastasia Island are very bike friendly. There are also bike rentals close by.
