Great location, clean and welcoming

Very nice and clean. Beautiful views. This condo is in a great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best vacations we have

One of the best vacations we have ever taken. Condo is absolutely fantastic ..... everyone in our family loved it. Modern, clean and fantastic views of the harbor. Saw dolphins a couple of times which was really neat. Short walk to beach and restaurants (Crabby's was our favorite). When we needed Florida Beach Rental's help with a couple of things during the week the service was incredible. Very responsive, no questions asked and always very friendly. We can't wait to come back .... awesome experience. Thank you all.

The place was beautifully decorated and the amenities were spot on. We really enjoyed our stay, the only downfall was the small pool area and the buildings blocking the pool from the sun. Great location to the beach! Got to see the dolphins.

We stayed at the condo from September 21-28 and had a wonderful time. It had everything we could ever need and was within walking distance of anything we wanted to do. The beach is a 5 minute walk, which we went to every morning. It is beautifully furnished and we especially enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning and evening.

Condo is great!

This condo is awesome! It had more than enough space for two adults and four kids (ages 10-13). It was clean and had everything we needed. Its within walking distance to put put golf, restaurants, shopping and the beach. My only complaint is how crowded the beach is. We experienced that the first day. Afterwards we started going to Sand Key park and that was great! Not crowded at all and we got to see marine life there and it was wonderful. We also hired a photographer (Paul) from Clearwater Beach Photography for family pictures, he took the pictures at the park and they turned out wonderful. If you are planning a Clearwater beach vacation I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo. Loved it!

This luxury condo was the perfect place

This luxury condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for my daughter's wedding in St. Petersburg. The 3 bedrooms gave us enough room to have our own privacy while enjoying our weekend sharing quality time with each other. The water views from the 8th floor are breath-taking and a wonderful place to enjoy your early morning coffee and catch the dolphins playing before everyone gets up. The location is perfect, as the surrounding area offers many wonderful restaurants and sight-seeing adventures. Some many perks to this place; are the wall-mounted TVs in each room, strong wiFi service, large dining room table for morning breakfast with the family, and after the beach ... having the washer & dryer on site was a bonus. The hospitality of the owner was impeccable. Highly recommend this condo for a family vacation!"

Awesome condo with great views!

This condo gives you the best of both worlds. You have an amazing view of the bay from the balcony, with the beach located only across the street! Loved seeing the sunrise from the balcony & sunset from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the condominium

We enjoyed our stay at the condominium for many reasons. It is very clean and beautifully decorated with lots of room, and the view from the balcony is great both day and night. The location allows for walking to the beach and is within a wide variety of great restaurants. Can't imagine any better place to enjoy Clearwater Beach!

Excellent condo in a beautiful location. Everything we could have asked for in a stay. Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, spacious well supplied kitchen, and the views from the patios.…. spectacular. We spent every morning enjoying a cup of coffee and evening taking in the calming breeze and twinkling lights. We were even lucky enough to see some dolphins playing in the water! The nice sized bedrooms had plenty of space, beautiful furnishings, and comfortable linens and pillows. Bathrooms with lovely decor and amenities. Washer and dryer defiitely came in handy during our stay as well. As first timers to Clearwater Beach, we were thrilled to be walking distance to great restaurants, mini mart, shopping, and beachfront bars where we listened to a few great bands. Gorgeous white sand beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and friendly locals. I highly recommend this condo, we look forward to visiting again next year!

Nice property and up to date. Beds very comfortable!

Property was very clean and laid out nicely. Upon arrival after shopping realized freezer was not working and fridge was not cold enough. Sent out repair person on Sunday but was not fixed till Monday. Ice cream melted and deli meat went bad. Plenty of towels but some garbage bags and Tpaper would be nice, plenty of room for everyone.

We just got back from Clearwater last

We just got back from Clearwater last week and had such an amazing vacation! If you are looking for a place to stay for your vacation you will absolutely not be disappointed in choosing this Condo. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and spacious! It has a full kitchen which was so nice because we do enjoy eating some meals in when on vacation. The beds were like heaven and we all slept amazing, including my 3 and 4 year old who usually do not sleep well on vacation. It is walking distance to the beach so we were able to enjoy a morning at the beach and come back for lunch then go back to soak up the sunset as well! It is also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It has a balcony is on the backside of the condo giving some nice privacy and is so peaceful. It was so nice to wake up, go outside on the balcony, and enjoy the water and sunrise. The balcony view is beautiful all times of the day and evening! We also go to see some dolphins swimming in the water from the balcony! There were also some pelicans that would fly by and were so neat to see from the 8th floor! There is a full table to enjoy family meals together, a large sectional to relax and have good conversation or catch up on tv show, and lots of comfortable furniture on the balcony as well. We were so grateful for our time on this vacation as a family and for this beautiful place to stay!

The place was beautiful and well-appointed; nice pool and hot tub; great security. The views from the balcony were gorgeous, and we even got to see dolphins swimming a couple times! It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The service we received from the rental agency was exceptional. Perfect for our family getaway - we’ll definitely return!

Beautiful property with a fantastic harbor view

Pictures online don't do this place justice. It is really awesome and has everything you need for an extended stay. 5 minute walk to the Ocean and directly across the street through the Holiday Inn is where you should rent jet skis. Fishing directly behind the condo from the sea wall is amazing. We had Manatees come up within 6 inches of the sea wall. We have stayed in this building before, but never on the top floor. It is worth every penny. We will definitely come here again.
