2 Bed, 2 Bath, with queen beds. House has wrap around porch on a large lot with fenced in yard. Private and in a quiet safe neighborhood. 2 car garage covered carport. Very clean with fresh paint, Living area is cozy with fireplace and additional patio room for entertaining or extra sleeping with 2 twins and 2 futons. Kitchen has new appliances with full tools for cooking meals. Direct TV in living room. Bedrooms and patio room have internet sticks for your favorite streaming.
Outside is so chill with a view of the mountains and partial view of Douglas Lake. Enjoy your brand-new hot tub. House has access to boat launch and dock for your boat and jet skis in summer months. Brand new Electric vehicle charger installed. Less than 10m to shopping, gas and food. 15 min to Dollywood, 20 min to Pigeon Forge and 30 min to Gatlinburg. High Speed Wi fi. Summer months you can rent boats and skis from local rental companies on Douglas Lake convenient for renting this property. Work desk with high speed and printer.

New Year 2025 Family Fun Getaway!

My husband and I brought my parents, our 3 kids, and our 2 labs to stay 3 nights at this beautiful property to ring in the New Year! The house was comfortable and clean, and the view was so pretty with the mountains in the distance and the lake right across from the house! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, as well as very pup friendly! Margaret and Mike were such kind and helpful hosts who checked on us multiple times during our stay and even showed us how to use the hot tub for the kids. The house was equipped with literally everything we could have needed- toiletries, first aid, cookware and kitchen items, blankets, pillows, and tons of towels. We have stayed in other places where we have made frequent store trips to get the most mundane items, but all we needed this time was groceries to prepare some good family meals! We are looking forward to coming back and staying again! This home has been a family favorite for sure! Thank you for your hospitality, Margaret and Mike!

Fabulous Stay

We have visited the area 3 times for vacation and rented a house. Out of all of them, this was the best. The house was as it was listed. It was easy to get to the house and get to downtown areas. There was plenty of space in the driveway and we could utilize the 2 car garage. Mike and Margaret (owners of the house) were the best!! They responded to any questions I had really quickly. The house was very welcoming. We visited during Christmas holiday…I had asked if a Christmas tree would be up in the house. They responded quickly, “A tree will be put up and do you want it decorated already or do you and your family wish to decorate it”? To give us the family tradition of decorating a tree, they set one up and left all decorations in a box for us to decorate .I would recommend this house to everyone!!

We moved to TN 10 years ago from Alpharetta, GA. This neighborhood and area are just so beautiful, calm and quiet yet close enough to town, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg when you want or need to be in the hustle and bustle or it all. We chose to host our small home because we just can't part with it due its cozy charm. So why not share with others the joy of spending time in the area.
