Dog friendly house with NO PET FEES + a fenced in back yard and hot tub that operates year round!

The Cub House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sevierville approximately 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge (depending on traffic).

A well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for four.

Each of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with a Queen bed and Smart TV and the living room has a pullout sleeper sofa.

All one level so no steps to worry about (other than 1 small step down in the garage and hot tub).

Fast internet/ Spectrum.

Close to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Near the Lake + Golf Club and the new Soaky Mtn Water Park !

Property was as described in listing. Only a couple turns off Winfield Dunn pkwy. Everything is close at red light you have grocery store, department stores and restaurants.The home was clean and comfortable perfect for small families with pets.neighborhood is very quiet.

We loved the Pub House. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The overall feel was homey and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Quiet neighborhood was a plus. Close to Pigeon Forge, things to do and places to eat. Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The home was immaculately clean, smelled amazing, and felt warm, welcoming, and truly homey. We were so grateful that we could bring our dog! The fenced-in backyard was wonderful, and our 5-lb Shorkie loved having the freedom to look out the windows and enjoy the yard. The hot tub was clean and looked wonderful, but unfortunately the weather was too hot for us to enjoy it. If only we'd had cooler weather!The beds on the left side of the hall were comfortable. It was an unusually hot week, and the first bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan, but we found a stand-alone fan and purchased another so everyone had an extra fan. The street-facing bedrooms also stayed bright at night from lights across the street. No fault of the owners at all, but blackout curtains/blinds would make those rooms even better.The bed on the right side wasn't comfortable because the box spring seemed to have reached the end of its life, although the mattress itself seemed like it would have been comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofas, which were extremely comfortable!The kitchen was fantastic! The pots and fry pans were so amazing I ordered the same ones when I got home! We loved having ice trays, seasonings, a crockpot, pizza pan, cookie sheets, Pyrex, and basic supplies.Having extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap—and access to the washer and dryer—was such a nice convenience!We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

The perfect house! The hosts were very efficient on communication and extremely kind! Our family enjoyed our stay there and my littles loved the hot tub! The home was very clean and had everything you could think you’d need! The fenced in yard was perfect for my Goldendoodle and it is located perfectly near many restaurants, shops, gas stations…anything you need! Definitely cannot recommend this house enough!
