Designed specifically to cater to a luxury travel experience. This modern chalet3br 2.5ba + Movie Theater (bedroom 4) + amenitiesprovides the best that Steamboat has to offer. Designed and built with sustainability at heart, this home was built entirely withlocal lumber milled from beetle kill pine. The home offers the best views in steamboat and offers access toa nordic sauna and outdoor gathering space.

Awesome experience on such a cool property. It’s a modern A frame with great amenities. Close to downtown and has a great view of the valley. I went with my family and had a blast. The property manager, Chris was super accommodating and helpful. He’s great with responding and providing helpful information.

Beautiful Property with Amazing Views

I stayed here with my husband and two teenage children for a long weekend during the summer. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to everything and well stocked. We would definitely like to return someday.

Misleading Listing

This listing is not accurate at all. It’s listed as “entire home” and also listed as “4 bedrooms.” This property is a duplex with shared areas. The shared fire pit is located in front of the neighboring duplex front door/bedroom window and you have to go outside to get to the sauna which the pictures on the listing do not accurately show. The listing also has a very small section that is easily missed stating that the 4th bedroom is the movie room with a pull out couch. The movie room is also the only room in the duplex that has a tv so this does not work well at all as a “bedroom.” I like the concept and design of the home the builder was trying to accomplish but this property is lacking a lot. The one duplex is supposed to only have their guests use the garage as the other is supposed to use the outdoor parking area which caused for many occurrences of being blocked in by the other guests in the other duplex. Our truck also didn’t fit in the garage. It’s not listed on the listing as having but it also doesn’t have a microwave which was super inconvenient especially when listed as kid friendly. For what this property is charging per night this would be a super easy addition to add in my opinion. Overall I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again. I honestly wouldn’t have bothered writing this review if the listing was accurate. But people should know the accurate setup before booking.
